Test e tren e advice

The gains will not be 100% on the gear, your diet and training is what really gets you gains. If you don't have your diet on point you won't grow, you need to eat a lot. You also have to kill it in the gym and then push past what you thought was killing it.

We can't tell you how much you will gain off of any amount of gear that's on you, you could gain waight right now without gear if you had your diet right.

I suggest you wait 1 month and save up some funds so you can put together a real cycle instead of half-assing it. At minimum I would say have 3 vials of test and 3 vials of tren. Whatcha gonna do when you drop that 1 vial on the floor and your whole cycle comes crashing down? Do it the right way, or do it your way and you'll learn.

I vary between 350-700/wk depending on what my cycle includes. I'm fortunate to be able to run Tren A eod without bad sides. Tren E does give me a lot more sides so I stick with Tren A.

would i get any results if i run tren e at only 200 a week for 10 weeks
OK so my advice to you would be to up your time in the gym first and foremost. I saw on your other thread you hit the gym 3 times per week and that isn't going to do it. If you want to get big or whatever, you need to start living at the gym. 5-6 days a week minimum. 1 1/2 hours lifting time is ideal. If you have anything left after that time then you didn't lift hard enough. Start looking into some serious workout programs and incorporate that. Build your foundation first before adding in more aas. Just some friendly advice. You have any other questions just ask.
