Test E/ Tren E Cycle Log

Oh, forgot to mention. Smoked the rest of my bud, so back to soberville we go. I'm broke as shit until the first. Lol. Got grocery money though. Also, I pinned 0.12ml of my blend. My other products should be arriving soon!
 
Products arrived today, pinned 0.7ml of Tren E 250 this morning. I am going to let the Tren start this portion of and leave the testosterone out until I decide to add it in. No scheduled plan, we will go based on feel. I am pinning daily so there is plenty of room for adjustment. I haven't felt anything profound yet. Pinned upper left pectoral. (Pec Minor) - I'll know the potency of the product when I train later on today. This will help me decide how much to pin tomorrow. The oils arrived in professional packaging, with cool labels. The oils were on the thinner side, as expected with fractionated MCT oil. The Tren E was of a light yellow hue with slight green hues. It looks to be of good quality. I am excited to see how it builds! Let's go! More than likely training incline and triceps today, then finishing with some type of leg acessory. I have my main meals prepped for the day. Added more veggies to this one. Angus, green bell, white onion, carrots. Starbucks coffee for energy.
 
Had a REALLy good workout. Felt the Tren E about an hour after my last post. It's really clean filtered stuff, not firey orange. Like a Primo-Tren of sorts. Will be nice to excel in these regards. I wonder what extraction and filtration methods were used.

Started off with some "FLATCLINE" slight angle low incline paused bench
5*6 Acclimated Warmup Sets
3*6 Heavy Working Sets
No Personal Record here but bar path and bar speed was A-OK. Good stuff.

Moved into some SkullCrushers on the same bench adjustment.
7*8 Acclimated Sets
4*8 Heavy Working Sets
Felt a good tricep hardening.


I'm probably going to add on some sort of quad move and another tricep move, perhaps some forearms as well.

Dinner will be continued beef and veggies...

In my OP you'll see I'm on somewhat of a "continued performance enhancement" protocol. I don't want to call it a "blast" ; it's definitely not a cruise though. This is just the planned next 8 weeks of my performance enhancemet journey. I have some other financial stability goals to manage, and in the meantime I'm trying to perfect some other aspects - like diet and training implementation, along with other life goals to build stability so I can pursue the ultimate goal before I take a step back for a longer and more though out period to pursue other goals. Basically, I want to compete in a local/state powerlifting or strongman event and get a photoshoot done under leaner condition. Once I have that "officialized" I'll be a lot more happy with the idea toning my performance enhancement protocol down. I do love Tren E.

Decided to work another set of Skull crushers (23) and did some standing long jumps and 40M sprints. Worked out well enough. Ending the night with some more karate belt forearm turns. Great stuff.

Just some advice on what I'd be doing if in your situation. I'd lean down a bit. Maybe drop down to about 235lbs or close to 12-13% bf. Then bulk without getting over about 15% bf. I never got over 17% during a bulk.
I'm also 5'9" 253lbs approx 15%. Plan is after this cruise to start a cut cycle in Feb. Want to drop to at least 10% and hopefully between 238-240lbs this time around.

My food choices need to be improved, and environmental estrogens and intake better monitored and regulated. I eat like a demon. It's scary.
 
Ya me too. But once I get into my grove it gets easier. I always look forward to that one cheat meal per week (Fri).
That's a good strategy. I'm still on a reducing calorie strategy, and introducing and keeping healthier regular options. Like my "vertical inspired" beef meals. Before this I was eating like an absolute pig. WAY too many calories..today I ended up around 3200 calories. Much improved from the regular 4400-5600 variable I was "implementing" before. Some days last month were over 6000... Got carried away with the mozzarella and little debbies. Lmao. Ive got a great strong coffee product helping with appetite control and found a few tried and true go tos that have worked for me in the past with losing weight and improving my conditioning. I don't think I'll ever be strict enough to be a complete "chicken and rice" kind of bodybuilder and commit to a very strict food selection and calorie choice, but reducing calories to 2700-3400 ends up with the result I want, and doesn't sacrifice the workout performance I crave.

Only few times had I crossed your weight territory, but I'm over 6ft, so the effect is not as massive on my frame. I loved high T and tren bulk, gained insane strength and ate like a monster.

Thanks man. Trying to tone up a little bit then get back to some good gym equipment, or at the least get some more homework out stuff for my leg development.

Test and Tren always hits the spot, no doubt.
 
Lost a lot of inner thigh development since switching to home gym workouts. My squats aren't as heavy either because I don't have enough weight here. Whatever... Kind of sucks because my things used to be way more developed...

I have noticed improvement in quad extensions development though. That's about it. I've been able to start more running I guess. So there's that. I've always been an excellent sprinter.

Here's after my 8x8 heavy quad extensions. Going to do more volume drop set style now and add in some standing calves. Then maybe get a little shoulder pump in. Idk. Screenshot_20231208-135003~2.png
 
Can of corn, chilli beans, 1.1lbs sirloin, 3 tortillas, some low fat cheese, tomatoes, sauce, peppers, onion, seasoning... And that was the food for the day. Started with tacos, finished by turning it to chili. Fucking yummy. In my tummy. Lol. Also got some forearms work in, and still pumping away, probably 3-4 more sets. Added a little extra calves too.

What a successful day!

Oh man... What a day... Woke up early and did squats, 3x12, 1x20 - felt like cold bitter ass. Whatever tho, I'm moving good enough weight. To be expected anyways with my diet plan. We will adjust.

Feeling tighter, been shitting huge dumps and cleaning all the backed up sticky candies and little debbies and whatever else was.clogging up and rotting up my colon.

I have been taking fruit fiber and baking soda every night. Works like a charm.

Diet was 50/50 today but I earned it. I'm not in a hurry and my calories and protein were still in check. Lots of cheese and homemade tortillas. Plenty of fresh veggies and fruit too though. Not really any junk or garbage.

Finished into the night after taking a long ass nap, I did a few sets of side laterals high rep and then did some heavy lat moves on my cable implement and a little rep work, also got in a set of lunges. Nothing crazy. Not really feeling too high of.volume for the next few lifts, need to be careful not to injure myself. Then we can plan the good 40 set workouts in again and get that VOLUME. I'm a volume addict for sure. Haven't been getting gnarly pumps really at all but it will arrive soon enough,surely, and I'm still getting muscle hardening and expansion during workouts.

Thats about it for today. Took some pics for my other channels but figured I'd save the next pic post for a few days, maybe a week later. Hopefully when I land a good pump and find that right lighting. My love handles are down a bit and my stomach is flatter.

Late update, Yesterday was Chest, 0.7ml total, and lots of homemade chicken fajitas, macros counted and protein powder fruit veggies included...



Today will be 0.7ml total as well.

Gear is definitely not as good as the stuff I got on Eroids. In my opinion. Not hitting nearly as hard. Still quality stuff, and well worth the money, but it's just not the same. Maybe I'm delusional. Idk. Lol.

Feeling alright, legs felt a little better today. Squats moved well enough at least.

Diet was more dairy based today. Lots of cheese leather, some veggies, a little beef and protein shakes and coffee. Carbs and calories kept in check. Had blueberry pancakes for breakfast.
