Test E Tren E Log

Hey guys,

Long time reader but first time poster here. I have a done a few cycles in the past (Test E and Dbol, a SARMs cycle, T400 anadrol etc) my stats are:

25yo
5'9
183lbs
9-11% body fat (last time I checked it was 10.4% the time before that was 9.7%)

Max squat --> 365
Max bench --> 315
Max deadlift --> 415

I'm not focusing on increasing these too much just want to see an overall increase in lean muscle.

I have been working out solid for 3 years now (no more than a week off at a time) but have been working out on and off for 10 years now. Former professional athlete but had to pack it in due to a career ending injury.

I am planning on taking
500mg/week Test E
400mg/week Tren E
Split up over 2 or 3 pins a week.

I also have arimidex for during the cycle and HCG and nolvadex for PCT

I received my gear from Nordic fusion. I managed to get on their client list before they went private. Communication with them was great. I paid on a Friday via WU and received my shipment the following Thursday.

I am going to be playing around with my diet a little. I am in med school, so finding time to meal prep and have a consistent diet is a challenge. Will try to meal prep 4-6 meals a day and supplement additionally with a mass gainer/meal replacement.

I will post regular updates and any advice would be appreciated.

Started with 250mg of test E and 200mg of tren on Friday. Have been down and out with the "test flu" the last day. Not something I have experienced before and far from ideal as I am swamped with school work!

Injection was smooth, and there was almost next to no PIP.

4 days since my first poke, still not feeling any different but this is to be expected given the longer esters.

Shockingly with very little appetite and fluid intake my weight has remained the same. Looking forward to getting past being sick and putting my best foot forward the next 12 weeks.

Hey man welcome!

Nice thread, I'm excited to see the results. Do keep this updated.

Cheers,

-Zack

How's the work outs been going?

Workouts have been going well. The test flu is finally wearing off after about a week. Finally had my first great workout today. I usually workout Monday-Friday and take weekends or atleast Sundays off.

I injured my pec about 5 months ago and hadn't trained chest since about 2 weeks ago. The gear must be kicking in because I hit my 1RM on my first time benching heavy in 6 months.

Njce man injuries are always the worse set back and when on they can be a piss off! Glad the flu wore off

Sitting about 12 days into my cycle. Feeling very very full, like my muscles have a constant pump. Weight is up about 3-4lbs. Can't say much about strength thus far, I haven't been lifting crazy heavy other than matching my 1RM on bench I haven't been doing much work below 12-15 reps. Focusing on slow controlled movements and time under tension.

Will post before pics at some point, and then maybe a progress pic each month.

View media item 1476View media item 1475Here's a little bit about my transformation. I was an athlete who competed in a sport where you had to be super super skinny. When that came to an end I found myself back in the gym looking to put on some size.

I went from 130lbs-180lbs in about a year. Personally I believe the 130-165ish was my body putting on the size I worked so hard to keep off. I had an eating disorder and my body whittled away to nothing. The next 15lbs was a solid 8-9 month grind.

The picture on it's own is from this past fall where I had a lot more time. Since I hit 180lbs initially I've always remained around the same weight. My body composition has changed though.

2 weeks into my current cycle and people are starting to notice I'm looking bigger and fuller. Hadnt seen a family member in about a month and out of the blue they said I look "bigger" the scale says I've added a few pounds but my muscles feel so full.

Gotta love that water retention. Instant muscles. [emoji6]

shouldn't be much water retention if he's keeping his e2 in check...

I don't feel as I'm retaining much water. My E2 should be okay. I've only added about 2-3lbs in 16 days. In comparison I have a buddy running the same cycle but with dbol and he's added 11lbs in 16 days. Same gear/same order

I'm not running dbol because I hate the water. I love the strength gains but I have bad stretch marks and would rather not make them worse.

Update on my cycle. Everything is going well. Experience pretty bad insomnia from the tren and night sweats. Haven't slept passed 5am in about two weeks now which isn't a bad thing as I have mountains of studying to do.

Yesterday I had a VO2 max test done. As a former professional athlete and avid runner I figured it would be a breeze. The tren has completely diminished my cardiovascular ability. Also my resting heart rate has gone from 50-60bpm to over 90 (at rest in bed) my blood pressure is also about 150/90. As a medical professional this is something I can easily monitor but let me tell you the side effects aren't fun and really don't feel to be worth it over other compounds.

As far as weight and size I have blown up a bit. I'm up about 5-6lbs if lean mass in 4 weeks.
