Test E turned to oil from Panda help needed!

Hey guys,
Every time I've ordered from Panda my Test always came in as mostly rocks which then broke down immediately once B.B. was added.
Now everything came in just fine but except my Test.
Can I put it into the freezer? Or do I have to scrap the plastic bag the best I can? Also, it wasn't vacuum sealed or anything.
Any help would be extremely beneficial.

If it's test E, it's normal since test e melting point is around 32 centigrade. When it's summer and temperature is high, it will melt. If it's not test e, you need to check with panda what's wrong with it.
