Hey while running Test Enan @ 500 mg/week, do injects need to be bi-weekly or just once a week?

Bi-weekly will keep blood levels more conisitent, and cut down on day after pain, but either way will suffice.

Bi weekly would be best. Like he said, to help with your blood levels. You want them to stay consistent.
