Well, when I was on 500mg of testC and orals, my squat suddenly blew up at week 8, and got to lift four plates by side when at the beginning 120kg felt very hard.
After the cycle was done, I quickly lost my squat to three plates.
It doesn´t happen that way with other Upper-body exercises, it seems there is great affinity between testosterone and squats.
Some experiences? Now I am trying to get that four-plates squat back with my suntanned balls only.
