Test & muscle fatigue

My husband has been pinning between 150 to 200 mg of testosterone each week spilt in two doses. He is in really good shape & has been racing quad (ATV) in woods racing for probably 15 years now. Well ever since he started pinning Test, he said his whole body is getting tight, sore, muscle fatigue, arm pumps, during the race. He had bloodwork done last week & we have most of the results except test (I believe). He has gained about 20 pounds of muscle since pinning it as well. The weight gain is not really a big deal but the muscle fatigue, etc during racing is. Can any of you help guide me in the right direction to help him? He is enjoying the other benefits of it but willing to stop if this can’t be fixed or offset with something to eliminate this from happening. Thanks in advance for the help.

Reduce to 100mg weekly and report back to me in 2 weeks

Doubtful he gained 20 lbs muscle without serious lifting. Probably 15%-30% muscle and rest is water weight and some adipose tissue.

Yes … cramping is normal when your muscles are more full of water. Pumps can be downright painful on high rep exercises and riding a quad for extended periods is basically a light form of endurance sports

Being more muscular sucks for some sports. My TRT Dr said a patient quit trt because the added muscle hurt his bicycle racing. Being lighter and smaller was an advantage.
