Test / Nandrolone ratio (with Primo)

Hey guys,
Id like to learn from your experience regarding Test/Nandrolone ratios for a shorter little bulking cycle I may start.

Goals: Put on some tissue, strenghten joints and tendons, enhance recovery without gaining too much (water)weight.

What I have done in the past?
After an injury I used 200T/150NPP/150Primo weekly for recovery purposes, it worked pretty well but the NPP made me feel pretty bad, started off with 100 Primo at first and bumped it up because I thought it might help. Referring to the mental "side effects" here.

Not willing to go much higher in the total dose, just looking for some advice regarding the Test/NPP ratio and optimize it.

Perhaps some folks over here can give me some input.

Regarding E2 bloodwork: Test/Primo in a ratio of 1:1 cut my E2 by half, however I tend to feel better at the top range of E2 or even higher (rather than being too low or way too high).

Cheers and thank you in advance!

so you have already ran it and you had "mental" side effects?

Was this without an AI?

Yea I had some "mental" side effects on NPP which I knew are not "me". Like waking up at the night going into spirals of thoughts which were based on basically nothing but assumptions. Hard to explain tho. But I was happy once that stuff was out of my system.

I do not take AIs in general, even high E2 levels on paper did not affect me (~80pg/ml) in the negative. This was at 200-250mg Test a week. Going over 300 Primo with that dose of Test starts killing my libido tho.
Was testing my E2 after 6 weeks of Test 200-250 and 200 Primo it came back at less than 40pg/ml (feeling great tho).

EDIT: Why am I still willing to run NPP after that experience? This stuff worked insanely well for my purposes even at this low dose. I grew like weed in no time after my pectoralis tore off the bone and it recovered in basically no time after I had my MRI.

Just run test primo and run it for like 18 weeks. You only ran 150mg of NPP and had mental sides? Then I would suggest definitely not running it if you had issues at such a low dose.

He has a pretty good channel. Gives solid advice.
Absolutly, I was just overwhelmed with the whole style of his videos. Saw a couple more, good content.

Perhaps you are right.
Yea, the mood changes and "thought spirals" have never been that way, and once it was out the system, this also stopped in no time (thats why I used NPP and not Deca).
I had such great benefits for my tendons and joints with that compound. Therefore I thought there might be a way to adjust the ratio of the other compounds and minimize the "downside" NPP gave me.

did you notice "decreased" benefits to tendons and joints once you came "all the way off" the npp?

Sadly, yes. Weeks after being "off" entirely beside 175mg TE my supraspinatus tendon started being inflammated again, left long biceps tendon also, but not that bad I couldnt raise my arm anymore.

Changed my training entirely ever since (obviously), but keep getting issues especially when cutting/losing (water)weight. So my plan was keeping my tendons and joints in the best position prior cutting next year.

Have you tired bpc157/tb500 for the joints?
