test not workin no more

i have been takin andro gel ,test and cycles for years now without a break.i don't feel the test workin anymore.i've been up to 1000 mg a week presently 500 to 700 now.my sex drive is not right an\d i'm havin to take viagra.i just don't feel horny like i should.do i need to take a break and do hcg,anti e-'s or go to the ando gel again?i really don't want to lose gains and my sex drive completely.thats really why i've stayed on so long.any suggestions or other people experiences will be appreciated

You present a real mixed bag, hormonally. There also is not much information presented for me to work with here.

You will not feel as good at 5-700 as you did at 1000ng/dL.

There is no need to take breaks from appropriate TRT. But you should regularly use HCG, for a number of reasons.

I also do not know if you have properly managed your estrogen. That means follow-up labs. And you cannot just do a cookie-cutter aproach of willy-nilly adding in some Arimidex. If estrogen is too high, or too low, it will negate the positive effects of TRT. AND damage your health at the same time.

what kind of doses of test should i use for trt.what kind of hcg schedule should i use .and what kind of tests do i need to take for estroen.and is arimidex the best choice for estogen and what kind of doses do i need.i'm thinkin of takin a break from hormones and doin anti e's and hcg but if i can do appropiate trt and keep my sex life goin.i will stay on.

Starting dose for test cyp IM is 100mg per week. Anymore than that is completely inappropriate, and demonstrates the doctor who prescribes it does not know what he/she is doing.

HCG should be used at 250IU two days before, and the day before, the test cyp shot. THIS IS A CHANGE IN MY PREVIOUS PROTOCOL.
