Hello,
I will start by saying that i might not update everyday just to say i had a nice workout, but i will be sure to update every week or if something major happens that it's worth of mentioning.
My stats:
Age: 29
BF : around 10 - 11%
weight: 74Kgs ( 163.14 lbs)
height: 169 cm (5'7")
So here is my gear for 8 weeks of quality muscle gain:
week 1 - 8: 125 mg Test prop EOD - SQS LABS
week 1 - 8: 100 mg Tren Ace EOD - SQS LABS
week 3 - 8: 50 mg ED Winstrol tabs - SQS labs
Ancillaries:
Week 1 - 8: 250 ui HCG (pregnyl) every 3.5 days (pharma grade original)
week 1 - 9 : 0.25 mg Dostinex (caber) every 3.5 days (pharma grade original)
week 1 - 14: 12.5mg Aromasin (exemestane) ED (8 weeks cycle, 1 week standby, 5 weeks PCT)(pharma grade original)
PCT:
week 10 -14 : Clomid 100/50/50/50/50 (pharma grade original)
week 10 -14 : Tamoxifene 40/20/20/20/20 (pharma grade original)
And Aromasin as i said above.
Notes about the dosages above:
I know people will start shouting about the usage of aromasin during PCT and the dosage, and also the 5 weeks PCT.
I've done lots of cycles before and i always did pre bloods, mid bloods and post bloods, and from my experience my sweet spot for aromasin is the dosage above, if i go any less or do it EOD, my E2 will be high and my mood will crash and i will get weak. As for arimedex, i always do 0.25ED, when i did EOD i had the symptoms above, so by changing to ED, the diferences came very soon.
Also by using during PCT i fing it better to keep my gains, as i have more free test and a little boost on IFG 1.
As for the 5 week PCT, it's also from experience, my best recoverys are using these methods, and i feel completly normal at the end of PCT, my balls NEVER shrink, and my dick works without any problem.
As for food, i will hitting around 3000 cals every day, rotating on high carbs and low fats and vice-versa.
As for training,
Monday: Biceps
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday:Shoulders
Friday: Triceps
Saturday: Back
Sunday: more legs, calves, traps, forearms, abs etc.. ("little" muscles)
I might adjust my training depending on how i recover from soreness. These days it usually takes me 3-4 days to recover a body part, since i train hard and heavy. If my recovery is fast, i might train every muscle on my body twice a week.
I will be posting pictures later. I will also be posting bloods mid cycle.
