PROGRESS REPORT:
Order: I have recently put in my steroid order. I have ordered the following:
Test P, Tren A, Mast P, Nolva, Aromasin, Caber, Raloxifene. I am not 100% sure whether I will use the Mast P, but I've bought in case. Will wait and see what tren+test does for me.

Excercise: I have been told that Trenbolone is very intensive on my cardio health. So I have been going on jogs for 20-30 minutes around my neighbourhood in the morning. I have also been using the cardio bike at the gym for 45-60 minutes whilst watching TV shows on my tablet. I am also lifting, but not following any routine as of yet. I'm just trying to get my muscles and tendons ready for Tren as I've heard the added strength from the roids can mess me up if not careful.

Bloodwork: Currently trying to get my bloodwork for free with my national health service. I believe I will be able to get all bloods except for hormones. So I'm probably gonna have to go to Medicheck for the hormones.

If anyone knows what I could say to my doctor to trigger a hormone blood test, I'd really appreciate it!

Research:
Currently reading the book Anabolics by Wlliam Llewelllyns. It's a book that explains everything from top to bottom and doesn't expect any knowledge of pharmacology. So, I'm gonna finish this 800 page book before I start my cycle.

To do List:

Order needles and P5P from Amazon and multivamins
Watch YouTube videos on how to pin steroids
Buy a ton of chicken breasts, rice, vegetables

I hear ya and Ive gotten sucked into shit plenty of times. I just see a click-bait thread title followed by comments like "you just don't want me to use gear, you cant fool me!" And "I just want to look like zyzz"...

He can do that on just 500mg of test per week, split twice a week @ 250mg to reduce estrogen spikes… and that would be better than the shot he’s listed.

But yo… steroids at 18? That’s… such a bad idea, especially with no foundation. If you had a medical condition which requires anabolic steroids, that would be one thing… but your natural test + eating a lot would give you absolutely GREAT gains in the first 6-12 months…

Trust me bro… stick to natty + eating + protein + creatine. You’ll make those nice gains. Then after a year, feel free to try 500mg/week of test.

Not only are this guys results not particularly impressive, but the after photo is him while still ON the cycle and immediately post workout (hes still in the gym bathroom). Find a photo of him 6 weeks after ending the cycle, when all the glycogen and intramuscular water retention associated with the AAS has worn off. Id bet money he looks DYEL but somewhat leaner than his before photo.

Why such shit results? Because the guy never understood proper diet and training to begin with, ontop of that he used steroids when he had jackall foundation. Steroids are best used to break through the plateau that resides at your bodies natural muscle mass limit or close to it. Using steroids when you have no foundation is practically pointless since you can build that same muscle naturally with just proper diet and training. Your body, no matter how much AAS you take, can only synthesize so much muscle tissue (contractile proteins) in a given span of time. Sure steroids can accelerate that but its not the dramatic acceleration n00bs think it will be. Where steroids excel is two places:

1) when your an advanced trained athlete nearing your maximum muscle limit and only able to gain a pound or two of real muscle a year training naturally (steroids can accelerate this snails pace rate)

2) when you are at your maximum genetic limit and cannot seem to put on any more mass (steroids can raise where this limit is)

All steroids increase glycogenesis, this is the storage of glycogen in the muscles and with it lots of intramuscular water. This makes the muscle bodies swell up, sometimes very rapidly. N00bs misinterpret this as being actual contractile muscle tissue, and think they gained 15lbs of “muscle” in 2 weeks of using steroids, but its not real muscle and most of it will disappear upon cessation of the steroids.

Yeah, when folks tried to offer actual constructive advice and he shut its down with like Edgelord incel theories about why He can’t get laid cus he’s fat and ugly or whatever whatever as rationale, it’s hard not to get those vibes. And people offer really productive advice about worthwhile self improvement.

as people have seen again and again good advice is thrown out, they’re insulted and what actually happened? A kid who clearly needs a reality check, info about training is adding more gear instead of working on mindset and perspective, giving it a go natty for at least a couple months, learning how to train first or even just doing using healthier easier to handle compounds.
