Just when I thought I had my E2 dialed in…
Started with test 50% higher than primo and had puffy nips. (Didn’t get bloodwork at that point).
Increased primo to where test was 80% of primo (yes primo higher). Symptoms gone and E2 was 35.
Increased test to run 1:1 with primo and E2 is 18. Wondering if this is due to fat loss aging the way and / or a lag from the time when primo was higher than test.
I feel / felt fine at all of these numbers. Never held water or had joint pain. I think 18 is a bit low so I’m going to lower primo down to 80% of my test dosage and re check in a month.
But I suppose it’s a lesson that 1) yes it’s helpful to stay on top of this when dialing in but also 2) things can change (I’ve gotten a lot leaner during this process, potentially impacting aromatase levels), and 3) don’t get too lost in the weeds chasing these numbers.
