Test Prop and Dbol 2 weeks on 4 weeks off first cycle

everybody agrees that the two week mark is when you really start to see the gear working, so why would you quit then ? it makes no sense to me at all . i hear guys say they gain 6-8 lbs in two weeks. a half a pound of muscle a day sounds like alot to me .

Bill Roberts wrote a ton about two weekers on this site... I just got done doing one and gained 8lbs of which I kept 3 and all my strength gains. Recovery is far easier making gains more retainable, that's pretty much the gist of it.

That's exactly it and if I have he option of gaining 30 pounds in 16 weeks or over a year Id prefer over a year so it doesn't stress my body past its limits. Anyways third pin went in today I feel pretty dumb I couldn't do it at my house after my morning shower like all my other so had to do it at work my muscles wernt warm I couldn't heat up the oil and can't exactly go around work massaging myself so I'm experiencing a bit of PIP makes it a little hard to squat down but not unbarable every other day I have had little to know PIP I'm up to 183.6 now so little over 4 pounds in 5 days. I did deadlifts last night and didn't find it any easier but my workout was the same as usual and I'm not nearly as sore as usual so I'm thinking it's starting to help me abit. Excited to see how the following week and a bit shall go and the following 4 off.

Even a half a pound a week would be killer. If I had 25 hard new pounds on by next christmas I would be pretty happy.
 
Alright so finished up the cycles 5 days ago ended the cycle at 188 looking pretty filled out which is 9 pounds more then day one. I ended up takin nolva at 20mg EOD from day 6 on as I began to get some puffiness under my right nipple which has almost all come down in the 6 days I've been on pct plan on staying on for another 4 days then 11 more days off then go again but up the doses to 40mg dbol Ed 200mg prop EOD and adding in arimdex at .5 EOD aswell as the puffiness in my nip did give me a little gyno scare almost like your gf not getting her period on time lol. I'll update a day before I start Next cycle and when I complete it as well if anyone is interested. Also thinking about throwing hcg in for the cycle as I got some as a kickback and have no real use for it so figured couldn't hurt. Currently sitting at 11% bf and 185 pounds 6 days into pct which is still 6 pounds up from day one and 1% less body fat but I do expect to loss 1-2 pounds more before I get Into the next cycle as I doubt I would hve gained 6 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks.
 
Right on man... I've done two of the two on four offs so far, gained 8lbs kept 3 on the first with prop and dbol then gained 7lbs kept 6 with tren ace, dbol, and var. The hardest part for me so far is staying off the full four weeks... The urge to start early is strong!

Im in week 2 PCT after my 8 week cycle which went really well, but I really dig the idea of these 2 weekers.

Id like to see the results of 2 weeks on 4 weeks off 3 x times in a row.
