Test Sust Injection Not Dispersing - Urgent

I'm running a 10 week cycle of test sustanon @ 350mg 2x EW.
First injection was Thursday night, right side of my quad, no pain, little cramping, but pretty normal compared to previous cycles.

4 days later my leg is cramping and painful to the touch, there is a lump maybe 1inch from the injection site that appears like the oil didn't disperse.

Now I'm a little apprehensive to inject again tonight in the other quad.
Is it just taking it's time dispersing since it's 350mg? Or is there possibly a problem?
Previous cycles was running 200mg test e shots and only had this lump/cramp problem for maybe 48 hours, not 4 days.

All opinions appreciated, thanks!

If anyone has any additional opinions and/or experiences of their own with this issue they are still appreciated, but I found a pretty good answer that Michael Scally MD posted back in 2009 to someone that was having this exact problem also in their quad.

I think for now I'll go ahead and inject into my other quad, and keep an eye on the one that is swollen. I don't think it is infected as it's been swollen since a few hours after injection and as Scally MD stated it can take a few days before injection sets in.

For reference I used a 23g 1.5in needle and pinned about 1 inch in.

Learning how to do an injection properly is important. Obviously, without doing an examination it is impossible to determine the exact problem. Taking that into consideration, there are a number of things to conclude from the problem.

The first that strikes me is the size of the swelling in relation to the injection volume. This gives me an indication that a vein might have been struck. Is there any bruising visible? What part of the quadriceps did you inject? An injection into the quadriceps, done properly, can easily absorb without much pain 2-3 CC. Be sure to use the Vastus Lateralis muscle.

The reason that the size might be larger in that many times an injection will take place between the fascia and muscle. This is where pain fibers reside. What was the needle size and length? This will make the size appear larger.

Infections do not occur immediately (assuming proper technique and sterile equipment). It will take days for one to begin. That the size and pain is decreasing are all good signs. As you are doing, keep an eye on the area, particularly for redness (erythema), worsening swelling, lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph glands), wound discharge, etc. Hallmark symptom to look for are fever, sweats, and chills.

At this time, I do not see a reason to go to the ER. They will not drain the area unless there is a very obvious reason. The first course will be antibiotics. If has been less than three days, wait.

A friend of mine had a similar issue with tren a. He would inject and it would seem as if the oil would not disperse.
I don't remember exactly what the conclusion was but something along the lines of the mix was causing irritation and his body's reaction was basically surrounding the oil with some sort of protection so that it would not absorb. ( Sorry, I know, not very scientific explanation)
Essentially causing a sterile abscess.
He stopped injecting that mix of tren, only time he had the issue and has not had an issue since with other mix's.
That particular batch of tren he had was instant PIP, and lasted for like 5 days

Thanks for the reply dude.
Yea that sounds really weird, I really hope it's not an abscess of any kind.
I have no injection site pain, which is weird. It's not painful at all, the swelling and pain is maybe an inch FROM that place, not directly where I injected.

Hmm, well I'm certainly no expert or medical professional but I can help try and come up with a bro science explanation with you.

First though ,on your next injection shoot very slowly and see if that helps.

Now when I shoot a quad, I use a 25g 1/2 incher, I shoot very slowly, it takes me around 60 seconds to inject 1cc.

If I were to use your protocol I would have a large lump and some pip for sure.

I've been running 450mg test E and 300mg tren E /3cc's twice a week tried switching it up and pinning quad fuck that I'll stick to delts and glutes. When I did quad maybe a day or two latter all the oil had dropped about six inches and kinda pooled around knee pain was BAD never again. Try glute upper outer section or delt right on the ball. Good luck oh 15 min heat 15 min cold and elevate helped a lot I think heat increases blood flow and ice helps with swelling . Something like that

Hey man, pinned other quad last night and I tried your recommendation.
I also had the oil sitting in really hot water for about 15 minutes prior to injection, it went in a lot easier, no pain at all, other than nicking a vein.
Today is small amount of pain, no swelling. So I'm thinking pinning really slow or maybe warming it up, or maybe my first pin just went in weird, but I'll keep this updated in case it happens to others.

Appreciate the post man!
I've always been worried about cramping in my delts if I pinned in them.
I've always pinned quads and usually have 2 days or so of cramp, that would kill my workouts if I had 4-5 days a week of delt cramping. I might try it once though, never know till ya try!

Have you tried glutes yet? That would be my first suggestion divide glute into section of four horizontal than vertical you want to pin outer upper section. Delts can't take as much juice anything over 2 and they get sore but glutes I have pinned up it 4 cc's with no problem

unless the area is red, painful and warm to the touch, meaning infection , you don't need to worry. if that is what is happening, make a visit to your primary care physician. infection is something you begin to notice 3 to 4 days out from your injection.

I try to inject the muscle group I am going to be working that same day. Immediately after injection, I rub the area for 5-10 minutes to help dissipate the oil, then I have my workout. In the evening, after I've settled down and a few hours after my workout, I apply heat to the area for 20 minutes. If it is particularly annoying, redness and puffiness, I will do this for a few days. Usually after the first day, I dont have any issues with the injection site.

sustanon and test prop are notorious for pip. this is some good advice.

Great advice, ty. Swelling and pain has gone down since posting this, so I'm thinking I'm in the clear. Thanks for the reply Big Paul!

Thanks ThunderNuts...
I pin again Thursday and I think I'll try your advice and pin the muscle group I'll be working that day and try to apply heat afterwords.

anytime I work the muscle I shot it, burns at injection site like the oil is pushing out into the sub q.
I wouldn't recommend it.

Update and let me know how it works for you, unfed. Good luck.

Azazul, have you tried massaging the area immediately after the injection for 5-10 minutes? This step helps me to disperse the oil and alleviate any problems.
