Start a walking 2 kilometer daily in the morning you will get more benefit. Just do only this and use a juice mostly in food. Its better for health and stay stout.

What exactly are you asking for help with? Help with designing a cycle, help with how to use the search button, or what?

If you want some advice as to cycles, you need to post your previous cycle experience, your Height and BF%, and your goals for the proposed cycle....at a minumum. The more information you share, the better the advice will be for you. Anyone can throw up a quick cycle plan (or you could just hit the search button) but it might not be the BEST advice for you.
