Test/Tren/Deca/Dbol/SD Log

Well folks, it's time to turn into a monster. The purpose of this thread is to provide weekly updates and get feedback throughout the cycle. I started this cycle approximately 10 days ago.

Sunday before last I took my first shot of test/deca/tren and 50mg of dbol. Nothing to report yet. Here are my stats and cycle plan:

32 years old, 6', 180lbs, 10-11%bf

Cycle History: Lots of test, deca, and superdrol. A couple of tren runs. I'm also on Dr. prescribed TRT, so I know what I'm doing.

Training History: Lifted seriously for 5 years with a 1.5 year break in between due to injury (torn quad and chronic hamstring strain - both good to go)

Diet - This is a bulker and I am an extreme hardgainer, so I will be eating a minimum of 5000 calories. I generally eat between 4k and 4500 off cycle. I also usually do a 40/40/20 macro split.

Training Routine - For me, because of my metabolism, training methodology has just as significant an impact on my results as my diet. I have to train heavy af. All free weights, mostly compound lifts. For Bench, Incline, Deadlifts, OHP - I do 4 sets at 4/4/2/2. I do 4 reps at 80% 1RM, and 2 reps at 90%. For all of my secondary lifts, I do 4 sets of 6 at 60%.
I train Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday - Chest/Abs&Arms/Back/Legs/Shoulders.

Cycle: 16 weeks.
Weeks 1-16 Test 300mg e3d (700/wk)
Weeks 1-16 Deca 150mg e3d (350/wk)
Weeks 1-16 Tren E 150mg e3d (350/wk)
Weeks 1-6 Dbol 50mg ED
Weeks 13-16 Superdrol 20mg ED
Weeks 1-16 Proviron 100mg ED

0.5mg adex E3D
Caber on hand

My PCT consists of 250mg/week of test.

Goals are to get as massive as possible while staying under 12-13%bf, and increase strength significantly.

Positive comments and suggestions welcome!

Also, is my math right on the dosages? I am injecting 300mg test/150mg deca/150mg tren e3d.

I am going to be starting caber at .25mg e3d as well bc my sex drive has taken a hit. Still able to finish, but my erection is softer and it's harder to keep it up. I may up the testosterone a little bit? Suggestions welcome.

Day 14...strength is up and I am up 7lbs. I assume a lot of this is due to water. It would probably be higher, but yesterday I only made it to 3750 calories, and today I will probably only hit 4000.

The decrease in calories is due to a significant appetite reduction from finally kicking the painkillers I had been taking almost every day for the last 8 weeks cold turkey. Yesterday at 10am was my last dose and I have thankfully been able to mitigate a majority of the withdrawal side effects. Today I feel much better and am super excited that I will now be able to focus 100% on my cycle and doing everything I can to make this run successful.

I have upped my dosing protocol as well. I am now injecting every 3 days instead of 3.5. This will give me dosages of 700/350/350 per week. I have also increased my Proviron to 100mg.

I should hopefully gain another 5-7 lbs from the dbol over the next 4 weeks, and then the test deca and tren will kick in and I'll be set!

I'm running pretty close to you. I'm in week 5. 500 test and 300 Deca a week. How much did you bump up to? I feel like I can handle more at this point, but at week 5 I think I'm going to see how I feel after another week. I'm going to run mine 16wks. I was hoping you were going to tell me the tren e was going good lol. I'm interested in it (next cycle). Good to hear all is going well though. Ill stay tuned
