New plan.
Breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 oz chicken sausage, 30g cheddar, jalapeños all stuffed into half a red bell pepper.
Lunch - 8 oz pollock, 3 cups spinach, horse radish, coffee with cream, 2 bronkaid
Dinner - either same as lunch or 6oz ground beef, 45g pepper jack, 1 bag lettuce w/bacon bits, salsa
2nd dinner - either more eggs or Syntha6.
Not really going to measure, just going to eyeball most of it... I definitely won't be making any gains with this here broken hand.
Lifting will be a rotation of quads, hamstrings, and calves.
15 minutes cardio on the stairmill doing 5 minutes on level 10, then jumping between level 15-18 for 20-30 seconds, and level 8-10 for 10-20 seconds.
Taking 200mg test E a week to keep things steady will my hand heals.
