Alright guys I've been a lazy cunt lately.
If I move my hand too fast it starts burning and aching, so legs and cardio are my big things now.

Starting back up tomorrow, doing legs Calves and cardio. Will be updating daily with my food journal, and workout journal with physique updates every Saturday morning.... as well as updates on my hand. Hoping mid September I get these,rods out and can lift at the dungeon
 
Well I woke up this morning feeling like a million fucking dollars!!
I really think my kiddo has helped make me a lot more excited and energetic.

Anywhom, wasn't hungry, so I drank some strawberry Syntha6 I had bought for the wifey.
Anyone had it before? Stuff tastes awesome! Took a solid shit 10 minutes afterwards too. Fills me up pretty well too.

Ever taken slippery elm? That stuff clears my guts out like crazy. I always feel way better afterwards too... help clear out all those banana pudding binges and 10k calorie brownie days

Breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 oz chicken sausage, 30g cheddar, jalapeños all stuffed into half a red bell pepper.

Lunch - 8 oz pollock, 3 cups spinach, horse radish, coffee with cream, 2 bronkaid

Dinner - either same as lunch or 6oz ground beef, 45g pepper jack, 1 bag lettuce w/bacon bits, salsa

2nd dinner - either more eggs or Syntha6.

Not really going to measure, just going to eyeball most of it... I definitely won't be making any gains with this here broken hand.

Lifting will be a rotation of quads, hamstrings, and calves.
15 minutes cardio on the stairmill doing 5 minutes on level 10, then jumping between level 15-18 for 20-30 seconds, and level 8-10 for 10-20 seconds.

Taking 200mg test E a week to keep things steady will my hand heals.

Sounds like a keto diet? Maybe a bit light on fats to be keto?

Is keto what you would have been on were it not for the hand injury?

What's your experience with gains while eating near zero carbs?

BTW, try the Bulletproof coffee - 2 cups of strong coffee in the blender - add 2 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 thbsp of heavy cream. Froth in blender - yummy!!!

(I'm on keto now - first time - started 10 days ago, curious to hear what BBs say about it. I'm already below 15% so I'm not like the "typical" person they write about online with 100s of pounds of fat to lose. If I can drop 5 lbs of fat, I'll look great, if I can drop 10lbs I'll look amazing - in my book anyway.)

No I was going into week 3 of my TTM cycle when I broke my hand.
Instead of fucking with my hormones trying to get them on track while popping pain pills and getting cut open I just decided to stay on low test and jump back on cycle after I'm healed.
Heard lots of good about low dose test making for fast recovery on major surgeries.

But I feel so damn good on tren..... I might adopt a B/C method with it.
