Going to be doing lots of cable work while my hand heals up. Thankfully I got a spot and am going back to the VA tomorrow.
I want a 50bpm resting heart rate. So sprints in the am, and working getting my stair stepping game up.

Cable Fly 30x20, 40x15, 6x10
Incline Cable Press 4 sets 60x15

All cable shit.....
Did laterals, presses, more laterals, rear lateral, front raises, rear cables altering angles, more laterals to failure, then partials.


Update on the hand - got surgery on the 8th. Plate on my ring finger bone and pins in my middle knuckle.

Also.... since I put the TTM cycle on hold I've decided to
A.) Jump right in to 600 tren. And...
B.) Looking into an oral. Thinking dbol.

Anyone's thoughts or experience with TTM and dbol?

Man I love tren.... Strength bumped up fast and I felt so relaxed. Slept a lot better on tren too
