Test U. from Nebido

Hi,

Right now I am using pharma grade Test E for my TRT. I pin every 3.5 days 0.2 ml from the 1 ml ampules that I get from the pharmacy (4 EUR per amp). I throw the rest

I would like to switch to Test Undecanoate for 2 reasons :

- Keep pinning every 3.5 days but achieve more stable T levels.
- Stop throwing the remaining T to waste (I made the calculation and I would be throwing 1.6 L of Test E after 20 years of TRT)

I would like to buy Nebido Testosterone Undecanoate 4 ml amp and put it in a sterile vial. I would need to add some benzyl alcohol so I can reuse the vial (0.25 ml every 3.5 days).

I plan to buy a sterile 5ml vial, open the nebido amps, use a sterile filter needle and a 5 ml serynge to transfer the T from the amps to the vial. Then add the benzyl acohol.

Now the question I have is do I need to use a 0.2 μm filter to make sure my benzyl alcohol is sterile when added to the vial or is it not needed ?

You can just transfer from amp to via without filtering. Sterile solution to sterile syringe to sterile vial.

Yes I do not plan to filter from amp to vial.

But the benzyl alcohol I want to add comes in a 50 ml bootle that is not sterile (at least it's not written on it). My question was do I need to filter the benzyl alcohol.

No you don't. Pure ba is sterile by definition as it's 100% bacteriostatic

Mainly because I will use the vial for about 2 months (around 8 injections). Would like to make sure I stay sterile all long

Sterile is a funny thing... nothing will "grow" in BA but it can still have contaminates... every time you take the lid off of the BA bottle, there is a chance of getting contaminates in it.

I see no reason in putting extra BA into the mix. I'm sure there is already adequate amount in the TU from the amp.

They make filter needles for drawing out of amps. It's just to make sure you dnt inject glass from the Amp breaking. Chances are low but not nonexistent

Just what narta mentioned will be fine. Everytime you draw it and administer make sure you're following the most sterile practices and it should be good.

Gotcha... kinda sucks.

In that case, I would filter some BA into an empty vial and just add a very small amount into the vial your filling with the test U. It would be easier than filtering all the time.

Or crack open a handful of amps and filter into a 10 or 20ml vial, along with appropriate amount of BA. Only have to do it a few times a year that way

No need to pin undecanoate more then once a week, or easily once in two weeks. You will have a peak from single injection after seven days. And after several pins you will be in a steady state n/mol wise anyway.
UGL Undeconoate (if an option) comes in 10ml vials with BB and BA and year worth or more will be cheaper than a single ampule of original Nebido.

I have some test cyp hilma ugl that i didn’t use yet. To be honest i have not made up my mind if i should go ugl or stays with pharma. What i know for sure is that i prefer to first get dialed in with pharma and then decide if i should go the ugl route

You can get a nebido amp in eastern europe in pharmacies for as low as 89 euros. Still a bit expensive but that’s the price of peace of mind for me.

Himla or Pharmacom is around 30 euros and it's 50% off for Christmas-NewYear sale. So it's much cheaper around me and was extensively tested by many uses. And no fuss with pharmacy.

How strict are your customs? You can order Bayer Nebido from Turkey, it comes as a small multi use vial. Price wise it’s around $120-170 depending on the source. This was a year or 2 ago so I’m not sure what the price is now.

It's either 4ml vial or 4ml amp. 1000mg total hormone per vial/amp.

$120 for 1gr of testosterone is absurd though.

Neither contain BA. The vial is intended for single use just like the amp. Plenty of guys used it for multi use tho. Like everyone says, $150+ for a gram of test is absurd.

I have nebido as vials. It doesn't have any ba, but I still use it for 7-8 weeks at a time (125mg per week). Had no problems at all so far.

I cannot imagine what would happen to have an infection in the quad turn bad.

you triggered my anxiety haha. I'm thinking about putting some BA in it. I do have BA in vials. How much would I need to add?

1% sufficient, so 4ml x 1% = 0,04 ml?
Im not familiar with brewing, will this just dissolve into one liquid?
