Test undecanoate - high estrogen?

I got bloods
Currently dosing 250mg every 14 days and got the test done on day 13.

Test was 320ng/dl

oestradiol was 80pmol/L

Prolactin was in range 130mIU/L

Can't see how I've randomly developed gyno with these levels??

I welcome any advice, unfortunately, even with my clinic, it is hard to get decent advice in my country.

How long have you been on the Test U?

How long after the gyno appeared did you take these bloods?

When was your last AI dose relative to this bloodwork?

320 ng/dl is basically hypogonadal levels. I wouldn't be okay with that as my TRT as it defeats the purpose entirely.

Why are you only dosing once every two weeks? Have you plotted that cycle to see what the peaks and values look like?

any idea why it happened to you mate? did you investigate?

Sorry for the late reply. Actually I have no conclusive evidece, except that I believe it lacked the necessary peaks & throughs, while constantly high and stable T led to elevated and high estrogen. All while causing my issues. Which dissappeared once switching esters after a while.
