Testosterone and estradiol slightly above reference range. Should I add an AI or SERM?

Currently on 140 mg/test per week and 70 mg/deca per week. Recent lab work showed total testosterone of 1150 ng/dL and estradiol 65 pg/mL -- both slightly above the standard reference ranges. I feel good and haven't noticed any side effects associated with high estradiol. And, I know some people advocate for leaving estradiol high if testosterone is high. But, there's also others that say it is important to keep estradiol within the standard reference range.

Do any of you think it would be beneficial to lower my estradiol? And, if so, would it be better to take a SERM or an AI?

If you tested regular estradiol and not ultra sensitive LCMS estradiol, deca will probably make it show a higher reading, making the lab test useless.

Can you elaborate a bit? Are you saying that Deca is somehow throwing the test off? Or are you just saying that the high estradiol doesn't matter?
I’m saying that deca is throwing the test off. Your true estradiol is probably a little lower, which you can measure more properly on the LCMS test. I would disregard the result of this particular test.
