Testosterone Cypionate in the Philippines?

I have been on TRT for about 2.5 years. I moved to the Philippines 18 months ago. I that period, I have found it difficult to find Testosterone Cypionate or any other Test Ester. There is Nebudo available, but I prefer Cypionate.
I have used Kohoh Testolone C, but I am not sure of the consistency in quality.
I have available the following Test Cyp brands:
Meditech Cypionex
Bodytech Cypionex
IA Superpharma
Alpha Pharma
ULTIMA C

Opinions or recommendations on these or other brands available in the Philippines.

Alpha is legit pharma, so almost certainly the best of that group, and likely the most expensive. .

Because I don't have availability to a doctor who can assist me in continuing TRT here. The closest doctor who may is in Manila, which is too far to travel at this time.

It is very expensive from pharmacy, I have access too, we are talking about ~100usd for 1000mg. I call it the golden test for that kinda price. I can't comment on OP case, but just wanted to give my reasoning why I prefer to source it from here instead of getting it from pharmacy.
