Testosterone Pellets?

My friend from high school is jacked now. When I talked to him he said he has been on testosterone pellets. I’ve never heard of this before. Anybody know how it compares to other test options?

When I first started to do trt with my doc tried the pellets. Never worked for me kept having to go in for booster shots every few weeks. Then he finally switched me to shots and never looked back.

He really advocated for them, saying it was more predictable the injectable T. I haven’t done either and trying to figure it out
I've been doing Testopel (pellets) for a decade and they do provide a nice, steady release over time and create a stable base level of testosterone in my system. Insurance covers the pellets for me, and it is damned convenient.

I also supplement additional testosterone and primo depot some, but I'm not shooting for a stage.

Pellets (money maker)
Injections
Nasal gel
Troches
Oral T
You forgot cream. The new bases are incredibly efficient. I get 200mg/ml testosterone in atrevis base. Two clicks (100mg/0.5ml) applied to the scrotum gives me a total t of 3200ng/dl and free t of 900pg/ml. Freaking fantastic product

OP listen to him. Pellets are trash. They are simply a money maker for the doctor. You can not control dose at all. You end up with too much up front and then too little months later and need another expensive surgery. It's total crap compared to injections

My apology. You are absolutely correct. Men and women both report great success with cream. Thank you for adding.

Pellets do NOT release consistently or predictably. And, you will lose days at the gym waiting for the incision in your glute to heal. And, you’ll pay through the nose for them. Plenty of women like me go for it as we get toward menopause because it seems like a great option, and compared to no TRT at all, it IS. But compared to other routes of administration its malpractice IMO
