If they are ampules I imagine they can be stored on their side? Thanks!Dark (pitch black), upright, cool/room temp is fine for 5 years+.
Vacuum sealing could create an imbalance in pressure with the vial and compromise the seal. If you want to go nuts. a foil bag with oxygen eater and dessicant packet would theoretically keep the stopper in good shape for longer.

Yeah I was thinking 3ml in a 5mlIn theory ampules are the ideal long term storage vessel. Keep in mind they don't always contain Benzyl Alcohol as a preservative, since it's intended for a single dose. In case you decide to process them into a larger vial for ease of use, keep it to a short term amount.
