Tetracycline

now why cant one take this while they are on cycle... Please dont say "just cuz" or state some myth ... Id really like some hard evidence why I shouldnt take it. now i know that some antibiotics inhibit protien synthesis (as their method of getting rid of bacteria (so the bacteria cant copy themselves and make more))... I have a hard time belive that such a mild antibiotic like tetracycline is going to inhibit protien synth all throughout my body... Tetracycline has also been rumored to effect your bones... this is true if you are an adolecent and still growing (which im not) because the tetracycline makes deposits along the growth plates... and also in women who are pregnant, if they take it it will cause the baby to have yellow teeth... now.. im not a lady... so i cant be pregnant now or ever... and im completley done growing... so whats the big deal. I also have access to Doxycillin but ive heard and seen firsthand that it is really really strong... almost too strong... so id rather go with tetracycline... Can anyone give me hard evidence that I shouldnt take this.

Thank you,

Thank you,

I'm taking it right now on cycle,,good substitute for accutane. I really wouldn't be too worried about inhibited gains.

Please bros spell them right:

Dicloxacillin -- works great for acne.
Doxycycline -- works ok for acne.

Thank you,

I have taken Doxycycline and Retin-A and found that it just did its job against the acne. Gains were still great. Bump for more info....

tetracycline works well for acne i have read the protein synthesis bit and have wondered the same, I have used it with great results but has always been post cycle.
