TG3 -

Thought I'd give an update .

Been pretty shitty few months in terms of back pain . Still at it . However it was right sided thoracic pain couldn't tell if it was muscle / or joint / nerve pain . Last week my left side muscle ( t12 ish area ) off to the left started spasiming and then locked up . Left side now hurts more than right . Hurts to breath super deep or twist side to side . At this point I assume it's mainly muscle and a overworked T12 / L1 or maybe facet joint sprain .
I think I'll stay on , just train very light until it resolves . Not much else to report other than I was caught up in this whole ultimate pharm shit mess . I'm 3 weeks in and my pumps aren't great nor libido to raised . Def raises doubt . Bloodcheck in a few weeks

Sorry about all your bad news bro. Hope things turn around for you. Don't over do it especially with back pain. I know you don't want to hear this but you should probably come off and let it heal or see if you need surgery.

I had X-rays ... They say everything looks normal . Ima give it a few weeks to see if the deca alleviates some if

Still having mid back thoracic chronic Pain . Non radiating pain .. Some sort of joint disfunction probably due to my low back surgery putting more stress on upper levels . My self diagnosis is facet joint sprain t12 area . Anyways struggled with this for 3-4 mo now , but has gotten better this last week I've taken off from construction . Bein on my feet all day more or less was flairing it up more than anything else . Anyways been able to still get some pretty serious lifts in , just avoiding dls and bent rows and good mornings for now .
But have been getting some quality lifts in ...image.jpg

Thanks furious been a rough few months no doubt ... Ended a fabulous cycle ... Had gyne surgery ... ( that chit sucked !!!!!) , girlfriend left me , then miraculously my thoracic back starts chronically aching for months !!!! So yeah been a crazy ass one .
I ran a 45 day cycle of isogenix isalean pro shakes along with cleanses once a week to detoxify and rid inflammation , have avoided dairy like the plague , and try to get my healthy fats in Ed . It helped some.
Yeah at the gym . Fuck em ' there's nobody hardly ever there . I use there yoga room normally for poses but sometimes I like to grab a few last sets shirtless so I can admire the Muscles under tension . It is banned though lol

Your chest/pecs/nips whatever you want to call it/them looks great. I didn't think they looked bad before, but I understand its something you wanted to do and you didn't like the way they looked. You are shredded.

Yeah they actually turned out pretty decent . The worst pre op was looking down at the nipple is wasn't flat it was puffed out 1/2" ... Clearly visible from above. Now most people are looking at you straight on so its a different angle staring at the aerial view of ones self but irregardless .. My nips where normal before ssri meds and weight gain. I felt horrible since . Now there flat again from an arial view you can't even see the Nipple . Scar tissue continues to improve . Was a rough process surgery is a snap but what follows is 6 weeks of hell . Seromas had me mentally deflated . Self draining and shit . Anyways here I am and now the habit of pinching my nipps for the appearance of a small normal nip ( at the pool or other shirtless functions ) is no longer a need or want . There normal . Hooooooray

Doc said don't do anything gym wise that hurts but continue all else - and Pt prescribed for ultrasound and stretching . Fucking sucks

Im sorry to hear that Tile. Fuckin bummer bro. Well I hope they can get you all fixed up man. Did they say or not if it can be repaired good enough to lift weights hardcore again?

Yeah, that fucking sucks man. Hopefully you can work around the pain/injury. Have to get creative wherever possible brother.
 
It's all real individual guys . There's power lifters that have herniated and been back to PR pulls in a cple months . It all depends . I ain't stopping lifting

Imo that's a good choice. No need to stop working out. You can work around it, then after a few months of PT (maybe a bit more) you'll be as good as new. Good luck and hang in there.
