long time reader, finally signed up and figure I should follow the suggestions I've read to other newbs
I'm 30 6'1 220-230 lbs usually around 10% bf
Don't take days off... No cheat meals and gym twice a day every day
been interested in trying a cycle not looking for advice gotten enough just from reading ( thanks to the long time members on here who give people a rough go, at first I didn't understand it but now I do)
After reading about a billion pages and seeing my buddies buy shit thats basically $80 vials of dirty olive oil, you need to have a pessimistic view and question the shit out of it!
 
Yea I know I've read all the books and whatever it's like playing a round of golf to some people to me, de stress and keeps me out of trouble
Been a gym rat since I was 17 but only off on on, not really watching my eating and shit until about 2 years ago
