I just wanted to throw out a thanks and bump toyou guys for all the diet and nutrition advice. I was 285 with 25% bf roughly a few weeks ago. I took you guys advice form the lets get the ball rolling thread. Also threw in 500mg of test a week with some clen, to keep the energy levels and muscle loss to a minimum. I am happy to say currently i am standing at 291 and 19% thank again guys your insight has helped me more then you'll ever know. The ketogenic diet really is amazing. I don't think with out the keto diet I would have been able to pull this off. Thanks again you guys I will update this in a few more weeks.
