I've been working out for a few years, mostly solo, and I figured it was time to join a board. In the gym, I'm about as sociable as a cactus; not much more outside of it. I have been working hella hours lately and am recovering from some pretty serious tendon issues in my left arm, so I'd like to use this board to help keep my head in the game until I get back to the gym and maybe even make some friends.

Wow are you me? wtf carbon copy welcome to the board dood good people can be found here for sure I just recovered a little over a month ago sucks have to try to work with it but hey we need our jobs right? I got my strength back 10fold a week ago its like it was dying to go beast this is the only place Im social and when im drunk "once every 3mnths maybe" or stoned at work "daily" lol.. Who needs spotters they slow your workout down. ;)
