Once again,guys.
Tell me,please,what is the best combination for body (muscles) recovery after very high intensivity of training. I'm going to the gym 6 timed a week and 2 hours havy weights plus cardio 40min running. Then 7th day I running 45km. My day is starting at 3am going to bad 9pm
Just please,except hgh.
