And I love to study and read so I've been doing my research and now I'm ready for the test teacher. My fitness has been four years of prison iron, gnc raping the shit out of me this past year (didn't know till recently they're a joke). And tribulus tricrapola. I'm 5'9 210lbs 34years old. I'm in decent shape not like I want to be though. I've learn A LOT on this forum in the past week. And hopefully we can be friends. I like long walks in the gym. Lifting things and putting them down.
