Alright competitive exercisers, it's that time of year!

If you've signed up or not, here's a place to discuss strategy, how much it's gonna suck, video setup, movement technique, grey areas in the rules, etc.

Doing it for fun and mostly to commiserate with my athletes. I'm mediocre athletically, but I like to think I'm a good coach.

WORKOUT 15.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

WORKOUT 15.1a
1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap
