It's normal to sign for packages, I sign for 99.9% of the packages I receive. From Amazon to China to mars.

It's simple logic and any attorney could explain it surely more in depth way but basically signing is just saying: I got the package. Too bad the package could be anything and you ain't superman so you can't know what's inside or better said you COULD but burden of proof to demonstrate you have ordered that specific package with that content is on them. Now if they do a controlled delivery sure as hell they have a lot on you, like A LOT and I bet my fucking balls what they gonna find inside the house is a lot worse than one single package most of the time BUT if one has EVER read and take his time to read of busts that happened, doors get busted when the package get opened, they put a tracker that signal when it is, because in court any decent lawyer would get you out in a flinch of an eye if you were caught just with a closed package in your hand, as you have full plausible deniability of the content and if you have a squeaky clean home even if you open the package you can always say: I don't fucking know where is it coming from.

Of course that's why we always push for good opsec, so don't pay with easily traceable method, delete orders email, don't keep receipts, tracking plastered around etc.

Where I live, any kind of posts need to be signed when delivered, it's a simple procedure to cover their asses from claims.

one thing i know, the United States Postal Inspection Service does not play games. if the USPIS has a case against you, sweet dreams. they are every bit a thorough as the FBI and you aren’t going to outsmart them by refusing to sign, or leaving a pack to rot at the post office.

of course this means noting if dude is from Belarus or Turkmenistan, living under some crazy authoritarian regime. but also, if he’s buying growth while living there, he’s probably fucked regardless.

I have no idea why you're getting so heated here over me having different experiences/opinions to yourself but you need to chill man. And then we can have a conversation like adults.

You hang out in this thread like Lobsters personal assistant and jump on anyone who is even slightly critical of his operation. It's bizarre behaviour. Give your head a wobble.

He is childish and has severe personality disorders. Probably exacerbated by use of androgens like tren. I just put him on ignore. At the tiniest bit of provocation he is triggered and launches into personal attacks, calling people "retards, ignorant fucks, idiots" and the like. Only very scummy people resort to personal attacks at the first hint of disagreement. We can all see him for what he is.

The unfortunate part is that he hurts Lobsters' reputation by being associated with him.

In terms of Lobster, I had to post on this thread to get things resolved as he was on vacation and I was getting his out of office replies from standard emails. This whole matter has unfortunately been blown out of proportion...Again thanks to members like Sampei.

Lobster replied and worked with me and we were able to recover the package. So as far as Lobster is concerned he handled everything with professionalism.

So while Lobster and I have different ways of doing business, I have nothing but good things to say about his customer service.

Hasn't jumped on me and I've been a little critical.

I really had high hopes for Lobster. There were glimpses of goodness. Too bad he got some poor counsel here. Strange anyone would react like that to someone genuinely interested in his excipient package. Oh well.

Hi Charles. First, I would like to thank you for your helpful reply earlier on. You alerted me to the problem and gave me an effective way of tracking, so thank you again.

Without telling too many details, there was a massive bust in my area more than 10 years ago. The central player was caught via a direct sale, but his chef was busted via a controlled delivery. The controlled delivery gave LE what they needed to search the premises and find his lab.

The moral is, even if you are not caught doing a direct sales, LE can use controlled deliveries to build their cases if motivated to do so. Anyone and everyone is/are free to sign for deliveries if they wish so. Yes the risk is minimal, but me personally I am not willing to accept even the lowest level of risk.

As mentioned, this discussion has already spun out of control and I do not want to further muddy this thread. I will simply close by saying that Lobster did an excellent job in terms of customer service in resolving the issue.

Actually, the problem started due to the fact that Lobster was so incredibly fast with delivery in the first place. It was less than half the usual 3 weeks. Unexpected, to say the least.

Had a friend get a pack with a gps tracker inside it and clear gel like substance put on the items inside the pack. Was delivered like normal. They took inside opened it and 3 min later boom door knocked in. Both had handled the pack and items inside. Feds had a light that showed each other handled the items due to the gel like substance put on the items. Both in lots of trouble. Will see what happens next. Nobody signed for shit. So a bust can happen lots of ways not just an sig these days. Now this was for party drugs not ped's
