Anyone have any issues with the Tirz? I know it's dosed a little hot at 11mg. At least what was tested was. I was at 2.5g a week for a month on someone else's stuff and did well. Upped to 5g from a lobster kit and have been in the bathroom ten times a day and up many times throughout the night. Needless to say it's been a rough week.

Maybe I just wasn't ready to titrate up idk.

I mean you did basically double the dose. Versus going up .5mg or 1mg. Could be the issue there lol

I'm definitely dropping down the dose and not taking another until I feel there is actually a need.

2.5mg EW for 4 weeks
5mg EW for 4 weeks
7.5mg EW for 4 weeks
10mg EW for 4 weeks
12.5mg EW for 4 weeks
15mg EW for as long as you want.

You can obviously stop if you find a dose you think is working fine and don't want to go up, but that is the "factory" protocol. I know most know all that, just posting it if there is someone who doesn't.

Well, it's not "official" since reta unlike tirz is still in trial phase. However the common protocol they are using in trials is similar, Take the tirz list and use 2mg, 4mg, 6mg, 8mg, 10mg, 12mg instead.

Most follow the same dosing schedule as Tirz. Once a week, and stay at the same dose for 4 weeks. It’s not FDA approved so who knows what Eli Lilly will recommend if it ever does get approved.

But if you are experiencing weight loss at a certain dose there is no reason to increase. If you increase and you start experiencing awful sides then lower the dose.
