I obviously share your theoretical concerns about the effects of a lack of vacuum on deterioration of the GH molecule (see my earlier posts in this thread).

But how much of an impact it will have is an empirical question, and Lobster provided a number of useful data points on that. The 10IU results do seem to support accelerated deterioration, both in terms of dimer content and purity.

But the 50IU vials show no such deterioration, even though, as Lobster pointed out, the ratio of puck volume to air in greater in those vials.

What is your explanation for these divergent results? At face value, the results would suggest that lack of vacuum could accelerate deterioration, but that it will not always happen. That is, there seem to be some confounders. But what could those be?

Curious to hear your thoughts.

+ Yes same

- And do the vials have the same concentration of excipients (percentage of dry weight?)
+ Not same. less mannitol, less sodium dihydrogen phosphate ,less disodium hydrogen phosphate ,less glycine for 55iu vials

- How were the 50IU vials stored?
+ Only rubber+caps and strored in fridge. 2-5 degrees

Another potential confounder would be the level of vacuum, or lack thereof. On that note: What was the approximate pressure differential between vial and ambient for the 10IU and 50IU vials?

Maybe one of them had a partial vacuum at least, and the other one didn't? Or they both had a partial vacuum, but one was stronger than the other?

The effects of oxygen and humidity content in the vial from a low-level vacuum could be non-linear, in which case even small differences in the pressure differential could have an outsized impact on degradation?

I honestly don't think it tested well. 95% purity and .21 dimer is not how it was advertised.

Below is the test result for the vial that a customer sent for analysis. The result came back as 95.594% purity, with a dimer level of 0.21. This customer placed their order on January 16, received the package on February 1, and had the product tested on March

Any reasonable Meso member can take an HGH vial, release the vacuum, and then send both vacuum sealed and non vacuum sealed vials for testing after six months. The results will still be the same

Sampei have 35 kits of my product. If he wants to test this, I am willing to cover the testing costs again

Just set aside two vacuum sealed and two non vacuum sealed vials that will be enough

I have more than 10 test results showing good purity levels, but one single test showing 95.5% suddenly makes the entire product bad?

So, seeing 10 good test results isn’t enough for you to believe in the product, but one lower result is enough for you to doubt it?

All it would've taken was "Yeah it's a problem but we've gotten a handle on it, anyone concerned contact me and we'll work it out.". The end.

Instead we've gone on for weeks with self described "harm reduction heroes" siding with the vendor, gaslighting by insisting vacuum doesn't matter any more, it somehow disappears after lyophilization but it's not replaced by air, and happens without a leak in the stopper.
