The Lobster International, AU, CANADA and EU Domestic HGH, PEPTIDES and Turkish Pharmacy

That works great too, I don't have access to it :(

CGM market is shit here, only diabetics have access for free to all the cool stuff. Normal ppl shouldn't wear a CGM so they don't care for us to have a way to buy it. Makes sense but it's fucking annoying

Only one I can buy directly here is Libre3 but it's fucking expensive.

I just wanted to wear one for a while to see how my body react to different meals and how reta influenced my glucose paired with 10/12IU of HGH and how training increase insulin sensitivity too.

It's quite interesting the whole CGM things, if it was cheaper I would probably wear one almost all the time.
Only thing that did not make me pull the trigger here as well. Expensive af and i sweat a lot, so my 2nd biggest concern is the thing not sticking to my skin at all

You can buy after patch that you place on top of the CGM so it stays in place, it is invisible and cheap (unlike the CGM that isn't cheap at all xD)

What would you say were the most surprising and also the most important learnings?

How good is reta at keeping the spike of BG low or how fast it makes BG drop back into healthy range.

How BG fluctuate a lot more than we think especially while fasted.

How much fats does keep the spike of BG down but it does make the average elevation last a lot longer because it does slow down digestion. So if you don't have normal/good insulin sensitivity you could have a lower spike but stay at 130BG for a example but for a lot longer than you would like.

Instead if you eat only protein and medium sugary carb maybe you even get to 150 but then 1 hour later easily already below 110.

I can also eat whatever I want. The only thing that worries me is my high HR. I'm usually around 70 and now on Reta it's over 80.
Ivabradine will help. Try 2.5mg morning & night & titrate from there until comfoftable.
You don't really wanna exceed 7.5mg x 2 daily .
I've found 5mg eve & 2.5mg morn the sweet spot for me in regard to reta & hgh increased rhr.
Brings me down 10 - 15 bpm to my usual 60 - 65. Doesn't effect blood pressure either as mine as always been bang on / slightly low now matter what i'm running!

Yes thanks for the tip. I read about it before, but I'm on a combination of Telmisartan + Nebivolol for my blood pressure and I don't want to get off it.... I'll see how it goes

Dexcom OTC essentially

In the US you have 2 OTC CGMs.
Its basically a Dexcom and Libre, with their alarms removed since non-diabetes don't require alarms/alerts.

Libre is better than Dexcom.

There is however a China made CGM which most aren't aware of (which is supposedly better than Libre). I believe this ships internationally.

Conclusions: The FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor was more accurate than the Dexcom G7 sensor in all metrics evaluated throughout the study period. This is the first head-to-head study to our knowledge that compares the flagship products currently in widespread use of the two largest CGM manufacturers.

Buy the LinX from here.

It's cheaper

I bought one of these. Tried two different application sites. Shaved the area and cleaned it just like they say to. Neither one lasted more than 8-9 days. They say you're supposed to get 2 weeks out of them. Also the last few days the readings go to crap and can't be trusted. They basically flat line and no matter what I ate it would barely budge which I know is a lie. So in my limited experience that things sucks and it's a complete rip off in price

Nice. Just got 2 months worth.

I may try this one. I tried the other and only got a week out of each sensor. Such BS. I tried thigh and tricep

It’s the same tech as dexcom so it likely just came off due to extra sweat more activity than normal CGM user. Did you put the piece of protectant/adhesive tape over it?

Makes sense. I do sweat a lot. It's just out of my price range then. I could barely justify it if it lasted a month but only two weeks there's no way

I placed it on the outer part of my arms close to the shoulder where it's the most fatty. Because triceps skin is too thin and it needs a bit of fat to work well. Place a work over patch on it and it will not budge.

I sweated, showered with it not had a problem once.

Know that the first 24 hours gives completely random values.
I suggest you place the CGM and don't pair it for 24hours so it doesn't skew your statistics. Just let it do his things for 24hours then pair it and see how it goes, check with a blood glucose meter if the CGM it's accurate in giving you BG reading. Check only when BG is stable so when you are fasted and not after eating or during. Or while you exercise etc.

If the readings are far off you can calibrate it. Don't calibrate it too many times or it fucks with the algorithm.

Once is great and check after 12hours again accuracy.

Remember if you press with your weight on the part where the CGM is attached it can gives you low readings
