What brand berberine? I take 600 mg berberine in the morning on empty stomach with no problem, maybe it was because its only 600 mg ?

Have you tried metformin? Pretty much the same but honestly between insurance or Indy pharma fuckton cheaper

Fucking berberine (1500mg) caused me to go hypo twice before I figured out what was causing it?! I guess I missed the part about taking it with carbs, not on an empty stomach when I was doing my research.

Berberine seems unlikely the culprit. It's more of an anti-hyperglycemic.

Vials are vacuumed orange tops.

I have never used GH before so I'm starting low at 2IU in the morning. This is likely already beneficial for me because I have a pituitary problem compromising endogenous GH. Will check bloods in a month or so.

Nothing to do with worms. Lab marker for somatropin in serum levels for your blood, STH is the short lab. term for it. Used to see how much of the GH is circulating after administration, usually done 1-2h IM before the blood is pulled to get the peak.

Yeah just decrease the dose by about 80%. More like 200 mg/d instead of 1000 mg/d.

I'm pretty sure they do the same thing, just one is more bioavailable.

I personally noticed lower bg at 1500 mg berberine than 600 dihydroberberine, ymmv
