The old IM vs subq debate for HGH

Does a greater AUC translate to greater effects? There's also a bunch of influencers claiming that IM results in 20% less AUC.

There's so many protocols it is hard to say which is any is best or perhaps it comes down to individual experience. A lot say to pin it all at night but if you get side then pen it am or split into two doses am and pm. Others say on training days pin it pre or post wo.

Try a protocol for 3 months then switch it up and see what differences if any you notice.
