Hello everyone! New guy here. Was fit a decade ago, but after a back unjury I haven’t really been able to do ANYTHING until this last year or so. At 49 years old it seems to be more difficult that it was back then. Starting TRT this year, so I’m here to learn about what the steps after TRT might look like when/if it comes to that. Currently watching all of @anabolicuniversity’s videos on YT and am excited to have something I enjoy learning about again.
