I just got back from seeing the Mel Gibson film "The Passion Of The Christ." It was an amazing movie. What Jesus went through on the way to the cross cannot be explained with words.

Hogg, did you ever find a local church that fit what you want in one? I know we chatted about it a while back.Hogg said:Going tomorrow night....I am a devout believer though I denounce the church.

armsports said:I went to see it the other night and it is quite intense. This was the first time I have left a movie theatre where the audience was in complete silence. I was considering taking my kids (ages 9 and 12) before I saw it, but the violence and suffering are just too real for them at that age, though I would love for them to experience the message.

Instead of just shooting a movie, he hasa very artistic sense and is good at creating mood and feeling on screen, hes done this with braveheart too. After seeing the movie I never saw how people are saying the movie was antisemetic, it was a jew who helped him with the cross, a jew that wiped jesus face, even a few of the jewish pharisees were sticking up for jesus, and obviously jesus apostles were jews. I think that the jewish community was initially worried the film would create antisemetic feelings but then everyone jumped on the ban wagon and began calling the film antisemetic.
