this wasnt a pm but I didnt feel like it needed a new thread. I received an email offering raws from China. it was an email that is in no way connected here. I had ordered some needles on ebay thats the only way anything connected aas could have come to that email. It was from Changeland Technology some broken english jackleg offering raws. I deleted and spam blocked them. Anyone had anything like that go on or heard of them?

I've had several PM's for Raws from my days of dabbling in the homebrew thread. Always just disregarded them because I am a firm believer that sources don't find you.

Not every newbie will be contacted via PM. The scammers are smart, they read all your posts BEFORE contacting you to get a sense of what kind of individual you are. They know who to go for based on what each newbie or vet contributes on these threads. If you're naive and desperate they know you will bite right away.

we spoke as well n I told him I have no bad feelings toward him. I was only checking to c see if he was up to par. I also said I do this beacuse I worry more about the health of myself and my fellow members more than I worry about losing money. Guys I firmly believe that God will take care of the guys intentionally trying to rob or harm us. U reap what u sow. Chase my have had good intentions I just feel better asking someone who I believe I can trust for advice before I make a move. That goes for a new source ,a member or guy that's been doing this for 15 years.

Hey Johnny - I always kind of felt like I missed out on parts of that story, including the conclusion. I remember the first 10 days or so, but I wasn't on as much after that and kind of lost track and just forgot about it.

Was it revealed that the story was bogus? Was there no infection? I really hope I didn't miss that conclusion if it occurred. I also really, REALLY hope we don't have a member among us that claimed a fake infection on a source.

It wasn't revealed that the infection was fake, that's just what I believe based off of his history.. He did reveal his "friend" got the money from naps though.

Even if his "friend" really got the infection I'm sure Chase took a chunk of the money for his efforts dealing with naps here.

Okay, now that we have the PM thing resolved...lets move on to the Naps issue. Which I didnt know there was one. It was all pretty much laid out in the thread. Clearly...

So let me see if I can give you the info and please ask any questions you might have...

1.Naps ran a promo for Vets for some free gear. (Naps just showed up on Meso and wanted to get some buzz going.)
2. Several people took him up on his offer including me. I infomed him a friend would be running his gear but he was experienced and would write the review and do blood work and I would post it. (This was also on the forum)
3. He got an infection in his right quad off some test 400 (Dont remember the lab, but I can find out if anyone wants to know.)
4. I contacted Millard to inform him what has happened and asked if I should post it openly. (Obviously I didnt want to attack Naps if I wasnt 100% sure.)
5. Millard said it was important enough to share. Comes to find out others had some issues and according to NAPs so did some others not on Meso from the same gear.
6. Naps offered to replace gear with another brand and help offset the hospital bills.
7. My friend faxed hospital bills to Naps and he verified it. Naps paid for his insurance deductible.

THats it in a nutshell. My take on it is this. Naps is a stand up guy. He went way beyond what any UGL has ever done. Naps didnt bottle the gear hes a reseller.

THe gear that he replaced it with was good. (I dont remember the brand but I can find that out if anyone wants to know.)

Longtime Vets (NOT SOURCES!!) should maybe be given the benefit of the doubt in situations like this and be PMed first..

I've only called out 3 longtime vets here and been right 2 of three times so I'm still better than a 60% average with this though..

I understand the concern, even the level of paranoia. If you look at my posts Ive always been a bit more of a moderate. Ya, maybe I trust a little more than I should. Ya, Ive been burnt by it before. I did think Stretch was a good guy, I dont know the details of how it all went but I was wrong.

Even so, Im always going to be the less popular voice in the middle. The guy giving the newbie the benefit of the doubt, the guy here who thinks, "Hell this lab might be a good one".

Its just how I am. But rather than attacking that other side we should be having open dialog with it. Im not the enemy just because we disagree.

I have good private sources but Im willing to lab rat up. Maybe Im wrong but its still information. I see it like this, if someone is willing to run some gear its information. Sure take all the variables into play, whos the person, did they pay for the gear, whats there time and rep here. Its just information that INTELLIGENT PEOPLE can use analytical thinking skills to draw a plausible conclusion from.

All I see is blanket attacks without the slightest amount of intellect being used to evaluate the situation any deeper than a surface reaction. Its a shame...Ive been guilty of doing it myself. Nobody is perfect.

Just my opinion. I could be wrong. Who else can admit that?

There's actually a lot of intellect that goes into the attacks if you really think about it. I'm a jaded fuck with all this as I found out a few days ago I was just burned for the 7th time in 18 months with this shit.. And trust me, it's not because I can't read the writing on the wall.. 6 of 7 were supposed to be great sources.. This is a whole different ball game over the internet. Shit like this rarely happened in all of my face to face dealings..

We'll always disagree on the "lab rat" thing but we come from different times Chase and that's ok..

I should mention, I missed a lot. I had some family shit come up so I wasnt on here at all.

When I left we had several UGLs that seem to be taking care of everyone and all seemed good.

Got back and literally the sky had fallen! BBen is MIA, labs are putting womens contraceptives (Jesus, is that right?) in their gear and Im still not sure what the fuck Stretch did but obviously everyones pissed. :/

Ya Johnny, Im a hippy at heart...Im old. Im from the "If one tab has you tripping balls give me 3 and Ill catch ya on the other side", mindset. (One of the things BB and I happen to agree upon.)

Anyways, Im proud to be part of Meso.
