I’m a former football player who kept eating like it well after hanging up my cleats.
Got into fitness and lost 75-125 twice before starting a family, kids, career, etc. A few years into the dad life I looked up and was almost 500lbs. Didn’t notice it as much since I was in the gym 5 days a week and was pushing major weight.
I’ll skip the rest of the story but I’ve lost 140 naturally and now am using Reta/HGH stack for this last 60-70ish pounds. Did some lurking in a few spots and now I’m here.
Of course I’ll search through the forum for answers but would love to hear from guys here who have recomped from higher body fat percentages!
