The sanitizing of America!

Shit first time I swam in pants I was dragging ass. Was talking to a sniper about it and told me to do breast stroke. Doing that made it a thousand times better. It also helps if you have kit on. Shit floats
Free stroke in camos is hard as fuk. Kit on makes a huge difference.

Ya know I used to fuckin love meso. Didn't have issues with anyone except OdieM. He's gone now for whatever reason. Don't care to find out why.

Seems lately that the forum has been filled with a bunch of cock suckers. Stupid fuckers trolling constantly, a bunch of 18 year olds trying to take growth hormone, every other member is asking advice on Coke and other drugs for recreational use or as a fuckig PRE WORKOUT, idiots posting dangerous and reckless advice everywhere on this fucking forum. Fucking master.on. I didn't tag him because I don't want him coming in here and sharing his views.

It's turned into one huge dick measuring contest.

We should try and get some moderators in here. Those who can ban members after continuously stupid posts.

I know it's an in filtered forum... but come on. This used to be the place for information. Now I go to Reddit because when you get on a source page here, or damn near almost any page, you have to scroll through a thousand pages of people arguing over dumb shit to find the ONE post that says "primo g2g" or whatever you're looking for.

I know we're all a bunch of juiced out meatheads but Jesus Christ people... don't feed the stereotype.

It's alwa

When I was with the 23rd STS at Eglin AFB I worked with the 7th SFG. Never Delta or SEALS. I never attended combat divers school so couldn't be attached to a SEAL team. Was with USMC Raiders the most.
What years were you in Elgin? PM if you don't mind. I remember the transition 7th group made to Elgin. All the guys couldn't wait to get stationed there from 7th.

Still trackin @German or are ya still googling theatres to form a rebbutal?
no I was sleeping. In theater a term used when entering war zone. From 1991 to 2009 I have entered 3 different war zones in 2 separate countries. I have also entered countless areas of hostility during my 21 year career in the United States Air Force. "In theater" or "back in theater" stop watching the military network.

You dumb fucks who got an article 134 after your 3 years and I can't cut it don't sit behind your keyboard and act like you have a fucking clue about military service. Your the same green dicks who after crying about your mommy and getting your other than honorable discharge spend the rest of your lives putting stickers all over your trucks about your service and abusing real vets benefits. Sent me your military jacket with all tours of duty and I'll send you mine. Fucking punk ass 3 year and out war hero's. You make me sick. Let me guess. You have PTSD and need a therapy dog too!

Calm down. There are plenty of vets here and none of should be at each others throats. With so many people running around this country acting like they served it is only right that people get vetted. When I first came on here and mentioned I was retired SF I got bashed left and right. There was another operator that found me in the data base and clarified my service. I have no jackets, no stickers on my car, no hats. I just have memories and friends that I shoot the shit with talking about our time served and the shit we did.

2007-2012. You guys transitioned there in 2011 I believe. Lots of swamp land. And plenty of room to call in some fire missions. Loved playing with the A-10 and AC-130.

The TACP school house used to be at Eglin. 2 years ago it transitioned to Lackland AFB. All USAF Spec Ops start their pipelines at Lackland. They even have flights in basic where all spec op candidates are put in. The USAF recognized that our basic training was making our spec op candidates less fit! Basic is a joke. So now they're separated so they can stay physically fit when they graduate basic. Since I started having health issues before being discharged I took up a instructor position at the school house. Cake job.

I meant his military jacket. His total body of work. Not a Damn BDU with chevrons
I am trying to take calm collective approach to this whole thread. His body of work is insignificant at this point. Many know what he has done. And there is no full proof way to prove to you his body of work. You want him to furnish awards DD FORM 214 with all identifiers and exposing himself on this forum which would be detrimental to him and his family. You served many on this thread served and thank you for your service and sacrifice.

7th group started the transition to Elgin 2007, or the talks of moving there was no secret in 2007. I was just going through my selection for the 1st time. I was a non select first go around. And after I got done I was pissed and beat the fuck up. I went home and said fuck this shit I don't ever want to put my body through what they did to me. After I recovered my mind set changed and I went back. Being that I already spoke Spanish they didn't bother with trying me at another language. Was kind of shitty. They don't pay much for Spanish. LOL. I wasn't airborne qualified either. So once I got done the 2nd time I had to go back to Benning go through Airborne School then PCS my family to Bragg for the Q-Course. All in all it was great. Even-though I lost my first marriage. I would do it all over again but I would go straight from high school. I wish I would have got to experience Elgin more. I spent most of my time training, schools, deployed. Once I got my first badge which was airborne wings. I wanted it all. Air Assault, Path Finder, Halo. I didn't do combat diver only because I love the water and I felt that after going through combat diver school I'd hate the water. I'm a pretty strong swimmer.

My dad through me in the water and said swim. LOL!!! Lesson was not to panic, and all relax, body started floating then the lessons began. He taught me about the currents, how not to fight against them and swim with them.

I was in Elgin from 2011 to the end of 2013 then I was sent back to Benning to the WTB to be medically Retired. I was well taken care of by Group and I stay in touch with many of the guys in and out of service. I have a few friends in 5th group as well, that I visit from time to time. Campbell isn't to far from me.

I also wouldn't change a thing. I'm pretty sure it was 2011 when it became official. But yes the transitioning started long before. How'd you do in the wind tunnel at Bragg. My first 2 Halo jumps at Yuma were a disaster. Spinning uncontrollably. Very fun school.

Apparently General Lee's own great-great grandson condemns the

"misuse of his memory by those advancing a message of intolerance and hate".

Lee himself was against confederate monuments before his death saying

"I think it wiser, …not to keep open the sores of war but to follow the examples of those nations who endeavored to obliterate the marks of civil strife, to commit to oblivion the feelings engendered."

Descendants of Stonewall Jackson called for the removal of their relative's depictions to come down from Virginia's state capital and also stated that Charlotsville

"showed us unequivocally that Confederate statues offer pre-existing iconography for racists".

Mississippi state representative Karl Oliver posted on Facebook about how government and people in Louisianna should be lynched after Louisianna took down 4 Confedarate monuments earlier this year. I guess that's another shining example of liberal tears and provocation of violence....except for the fact that Mr. Oliver is a republican.
As long as Dodge makes a Challenger that comes in a certain orangish/reddish color General Lee will still be remembered

Lol, ya dont say. USAF basic = beach balls and beer bellies
Have to agree. It was actually fun. The only tough part was being in San Antonio in June and July. It was hot as fuk. But physically a complete joke. We did have a couple drops for academic reasons. But zero ever failed the PT test. 40 pushups in 90 seconds. LOL

Wind tunnel was easy. My first jump was awesome. I fuck up my leg position second jump. That was a bit scary. Quite a few soldiers die going through HALO. Interesting enough I never a got one combat Jump. While those fuckers from the 173rd got a combat jump. The DZ was supposedly secured by an SF group when they got that combat jump. I was still in the regular army at the time.
