the fertility doctor visit was ridiculous. his wife is a fat,lazy loser who is against her husband getting into shape. regardless,i think the husband is acting and he is nothing but a fraud.

I disagree that we can conclusively say the show was staged. However, the patient WAS setup for failure due to the 30 day limit. He also tried to make sense out of everything without doing the proper research himself. If he had gotten on the Internet and done the appropriate research, then he would have fouund us.
