Hey Satch whats up bro. My resting BP currently (on Tren)
is 160/100. Off tren my baseline BP is high anyway 140/90.
I do get monitored for BP and liver enzymes .
2V.

i'm no doctor but 160 seems a little high.
mine has been in the 145 to 155 range over 90 for a while.

i'm thinking of switching to primo only cycles from now on..
at 400mg a week, bp should stay leveled.

its no joke but extreme BP kills!

I came off a tren, test, dbol cycle and after a visit to my doctor, my BP was about 160 over 100.. My DR.. and I both flipped!! She immediately put me on BP meds.. and it's back to normal (I'm also not juicin right now)

So it's definitely needs to be monitored!!

the thing with BP is that it is so easy to check. Nearly every pharmacy and grocery store has the little machines. And if your arm doesnt fit in there, there are still other places to get it checked. Or just spend $75 and buy a digital BP machine for your home.

My normal BP is about 112/66.

Very true Bob... I found myself going into the QVC pharmacy every day to check my BP.. They all must have thought I'm completely paranoid!! LOL

A few years ago I had a BP scare the Dr put me on meds for about 4 months. come to find out the problem was the "student" that taking my BP was using a cuff that was too small. I was scare shitless my BP was running 165/155 DAMN!

It is hard to say what is a high bp. What is high for one person, may not be for another. Normal systolic bp can range anywhere from 90 to 150. Diastolic anywhere from 60 to 100. A good indication of high blood pressure is severe nose bleeds that seem to happen for no reason.

DAMN now that would be scary bro!!!

I'm always checking my bp...here at work / or grocery store rx....(even off cycle)
It's always different readings.....

interesting read satch...

Nose bleeds I guess could be a sign, but you will usually know before that. Chronic headaches, light headedness, dizziness. I'm a medic in the military and our standards are >150 systolic >90 diastolic. The cuff size is important and I'd be that most people here need a large cuff and for really large biceps possible a thigh cuff should be used.

I guess everybody's protocals are a little different. I got my EMT in colorado. When I got my EMT-B they barely covered symptoms of high bp. It took me getting my EMT-I to really start learning all of this.

Nick - Just out of curiosity, are you running with anybody? (A F.D. or ambulance service?)

Now to my point...while sometimes I question medical mainstream thinking, I think they have the BP range accurate for about 95% of the population. I have had extremely high blood pressure and severe circulation problems from time to time, but I have never, ever experienced a nose bleed in the manor that you describe. I have had buddies that pop bloodies during light workouts, while on no juice and having regular BPs. While nose bleeds are in indication something isn't right, it's not "A good indication of high blood pressure". Folks need to keep an eye on it regularly.

But you are right, Colorado's basic EMT programs don't really focus much on the severities and implications long term high blood pressure brings unless an instructor has a hard on for it...which many don't.

Boys - do yourselves a favor and monitor it year round ESPECIALLY if you are juicing.
