The weirdest guy here...

Hey guys, I'm a string bean. 5ft. 10, 8-10% body fat, 170 lbs. I look pretty athletic but I'm woefully detrained. Used to be about 185 at 6-10-12% a year ago. I am 25 and started lifting at 16 in high school. Always wanted to be huge but the new job seriously hurt my free time at 75 hrs/week and i just fell off ever since. We are about to go back into busy season and this time I'm going to make it work.

I have never taken a cycle but ideally would like to get up to 215, so 30 pounds more than before i stopped lifting. This may or may not happen because as badly as i want to use gear, I'll admit it frightens me... Health and fitness was what got me into lifting. But on that same note i know gear doesn't have to be unhealthy. Especially if you are going for a relativly modest gain (30 pounds isn't much compared to a lot of guys).

I plan to keep researching and lifting until i get back to 180-185 pounds, then make a decision on what to do from there. Any catabolism after the cycle would just put me at my genetic limit, which is exactly what i would like in the long run.

Now, on to the reason I'm the wierdest guy here. I have an obsession with "natural testosterone boosters" and getting an edge without going into synthetics that we all know work. I'm trying to break this mentality, as every time i hear about a new miracle plant that boosts t, it's always negligible. The best case scenario is that enough research will take away my worries about using. So, any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading. Oh and these pics were a year ago.

Welcome man. You've got a damn good start if you get back to that. Nice intro and game plan too. Hang out and read a lot, you'll be looking really big, really soon.

Replace that GNC shit with gear. Damned near the same price, and actually works. Might well be less harmful than some of that supplement industry shit too. . .

Well done intro and welcome to Meso. You could get a lot done with 1 hr workouts 3x a week as you got a solid base to build on. Diet and training should be consistent to make those gains happen within a few months time.

Maybe you should hop on the gains train and hit the gear to give you a boost...lots of great info on that here too.

Welcome bro. Whatever your questions are-the answers are all here. The only thing that can ever hold you back from your true potential is you. Visualize your goals, then make them happen. Good intro

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

CdnGuy, it sucks, i was up to eating 3500 cals a day last time and it's just a chore at that point. Ramped up to about 4200 cals at my max weight.

MindlessWork, I can't deny, I am debating what to do with all that tax money ill be getting back... I worked my butt off in 2015.

Welcome to MEOS bro. Nice intro btw. Hey, you want some advice? Here ya go man, anything that is being sold OTC as far as TestBoosters go is IMO a crock of shit. An Anything that actually works in boosting your TT is going to be Illegal. It's just the way it is lol

^^^^^^what he just said. Test boosters are a joke, an expensive joke at that
True that... I've got (or had) pretty high T levels, at ~1200n/dl but that was almost four years ago when I got tested and almost pulled the trigger.

I'm not 21 anymore and my sleep schedule sucks with split shifts at least 5 hours each and sometimes they just run together from 5:30 am to 1 or 2 am. I'm going to have to wake up early, work out, go to work, sleep, go back to work then back to sleep.

I'm going to have to make my workouts as efficient as possible and do less of them to stay consistent and keep me from overtraining.

That's a very demanding schedule man. If you can make time everyday for the gym, I've certainty got 0 excuses

Why the hell would you want to take test boosters or TRT when you got 1200+ natty test ? Im on TRT because I have to be , and it only gets me 600-700ng in testing . Plus all the hassles of TRT and the drawbacks ....

Enjoy your high natural test levels and eat more if your looking to get bigger . You look fine to me already ....alot leaner than I am .

All this talk of natural test levels has me wanting to get mine checked. Always a good thing to know :). Is there a specialist for this type of thing or will PcP do this upon request?

Depending on your age , request a total/free testosterone and estridiol test . They usually add LH,FSH and SHBG tests when they do the first two .You should do this ideally before, during and after each AAS cycle or every 3-6 months if your on TRT .
Or if your just curious , get tested ....

Your local primary doctor/hospital should be able to do this or you can get independently tested at LabCorp .

Being that I've just finished up my first cycle, I'd really like to educate myself on the blood work side of things. It's really the only true way to know what I need to keep an eye on and I have a problem with my liver atm. It's curable, but I'm still jumping through all the Highmark hoops. Fucking health insurance companies don't give a Damn about anything but bottom line profit

I drive 45 miles to my local Labcorp to get tested when Im on cycle . My primary doctor never knows and it dont show up on my medical history . Plus with coupons and such its never over $100 even for full Total Testosterone readings , usually its $70 . Peace of mind is worth $70 :D
