You started bulking before the bulk cycle? You're already higher bodyfat than I have ever been since I started this journey. I would of cut down some on your first pics here where you were likely 12-15% bodyfat and not 8-9%. I can never bring myself to go above 9. You have Cialis on hand I see, you're probably a guy concerned enough with women to have it. Than why get overfat? You'll be happier and more aesthetic leaner, and do better with women. Or if you have a girlfriend/wife I'm sure she will be happier. I'd cut right now. We all want to be huge, but I really believe in quality mass over sheer mass. You're definitely around 15% bodyfat right now.

I’d say that’s pretty accurate for my bf. The cialis has very little to do with my dick and more to do with promoted blood flow during workouts and blood pressure throughout the day. The dick is just a plus and my wife enjoys it.

In all honesty, last year I went overboard with bulking and put on a lot of fat. I learned the hard way. I’ve always had more body fat than others and I didn’t take this into account when I planned my surplus diet. I had cut for about 3-4 months at the end of last year and then transitioned into this bulk. I was already in a deficit for a while and needed a break. So I’m doing about 16 weeks of bulking with a much smaller surplus to reset and add quality mass and then I’ll be spending another 20-24 weeks cutting later in the year so I can come in as lean as I’d like.

One thing that did happen last year is I put on a lot of LBM. I’d say about 10-15lbs. But I also gained a lot of fat that wasn’t as easy to trim off. Now that I have enough lbm to be proud of (but not satisfied with), I can look to gaining more quality mass like you speak of. I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to applying the quality knowledge we learn to myself. I’m better at applying it to others when I can see it from an outside point of view. But this is all about learning how we respond ourselves and adjusting the way we need.

At the end of the day, I just enjoy the journey man. I do this because I love it and enjoy it.

I definitely welcome opinions even if it differs from mine. It creates a good opportunity for communication and learning as long as we remain open minded to the fact that one persons goals differs from the next and the methods to achieve these goals will differ as well. Am I as lean or as big as I’d like to be? Hell no! Never will be, right? That’s a great place to be. It means I’ll continue working to achieve those goals. For me, I’m learning to find success. Success to me these days is forward progress towards attaining my goals while still enjoying life with family and friends.

Feeling great. DHB PIP is hit or miss, but nothing debilitating. Just feels like prop. Libido is high. Bloat is the least it’s ever been on this dose of test during a bulk. Energy is staying high. Endurance is increasing. Strength increasing. Everything you’d want while gaining.

Not at all, just prefer the structure and the way my body handles these foods. I can eat over 4,000 calories with these foods and not feel miserable or bloated. And I seem to grow more efficiently with these foods. I perform better when I eat cream of rice as opposed to eating a pizza with some ice cream. I have my cheat meals 2-3 times a week where I eat burgers and fries, pancakes and sausage, etc. I use different salsas on my eggs, I smoke my meat with different homemade seasonings. And that shit tastes way better than going to spend $50 for my family at a mediocre steakhouse.

Weighing 217 this morning. Getting thick, staying pretty lean. Calories increased this week. Same diet, but added a meal. Here are the macros:

P: 335g
C: 369g
F: 63g
Calories: 3,469

I always get myself in trouble when I get impatient and add or drop calories too quickly. I’m staying away from it and only adjusting when weighed seems to stall and it’s making a big difference. Strength is still increasing weekly. Next week I add insulin and change to a PPL routine for more frequency. Stay tuned!

I’ve now been using Slin for the last week. Here is my current supplement protocol:

TPP: 525mg/week
NPP: 525mg/week
DHB: 700mg/week

GH is 6iu on training days. I wake up and pin 2iu GH, wait 15 minutes and pin 20iu Lantus. Then I pin 4iu before training, wait 15 minutes and pin 3iu Log, then eat my pre-wo meal. After my workout, I pin 3iu Log and drink my shake. On rest days I’m pinning 3iu before bed, no slin.

I’m testing blood sugar to make sure it’s staying between 70-90 mmol/L. If it starts creep up around 90, I’ll increase dosage to keep my in range. Otherwise, I’ll keep dose where it’s at as I’m sitting in the 70s consistently.

The DHB is still causing PIP. It’s not crippling but some pin sites swell for 4-5 days and I’m having to rotate sites accordingly. I’ve been getting fever symptoms every once in a while and I associate this to my body reacting to the inflammation. I take a few Advil when this occurs and the symptoms subside. It’s happened about 3 times over the last 2 weeks.

I’ve added an extra meal before bed to make sure BG is regulated before I go to sleep since I workout in the evening and pin around that. I’m eating every 2 hours to keep nutrients in my system. Here is my diet on workout days:

My weights at 220lbs fasted. I’ll adjust up or down if this climbs too quickly or stays steady. Keeping an eye on the outline of my abs. Pump has been amazing.

I’m not implementing a PPL variation:

T: Push (heavy bench/incline press)
W: Pull (heavy rack pulls)
Th: Rest
F: Push (shoulder/tri focus)
Sa: (lats/romboids/bis focus)
Su: Legs (heavy squats)
M: Rest

Legs are my strong point so upper body is getting hit hard this year. Chest, arms, and back width are my biggest focus. Will adjust if I’m struggling with recovery.
 
Do you have a favourite? I am going to dip in the GH when I get back from holidays in April but probably wont jump on the Slin wagon, I am looking forward to your results this one seems pretty aggressive.

It is pretty aggressive. Honestly, I love this one so far, but I think one could get away with 350-500mg/wk of DHB and be happy with it for sure. I could also easily see 350mg DHB with 350mg Tren and some test being an awesome cycle. With that said, My muscles are staying full, I’m more vascular than I was on Bold Cyp, strength is increasing, I’m really horny, and I’m staying pretty lean on enough calories to grow at a steady rate. Night sweats, shortness of breath, and consistent, but bearable, PIP are the only sides so far.

I love the feeling on test and nandrolone the most. But I love the looks of tren and a DHT when cutting. I love them all for different reasons.

Edit: this cycle has kinda been the best of both worlds. Feel pretty good (minus night sweats and PIP) and look good as well. I’m probably giving you a muddy answer lol.

Strength still increasing, still very happy with progress. Quality gains.

Upped slin to 5iu Log pre and post workout. I’ve never been so vascular.

Don't ever fucking shit on someone's hard work. Always give a man praise when he has earned it. Especially when you see someone working hard everyday for something, don't ever fucking take away from them. Always add to them. That's truly a confession of your character, you're negative, and you don't believe in yourself. We are all in this shit together as Rich Piana would say.
