GOALS:
My goals for this offseason are to top myself out around 240lbs - OR - 225-230 whilst staying more lean. As I've shown you all and I've learned, I honestly respond very well to cutting and substances. I want a STAGE weight of 210lbs which would be a 30lb increase of my recent October show here..oh and to obviously come in 2% bodyfat lower and a tighter waist than ever.


GEAR:
The fun part. Keep up.
1-12 : 1.25g test c/750mg deca
1-5 : 50mg dbol + 10mg superdrol
9-13 : 100mg anadrol
13-16 : 250mg sust e7d + clen/t3
18-22 : 50mg dbol + 10mg superdrol
17-28 : 1g test c/500mg deca/500mg mast
27-31 : 100mg anadrol
29-32 : 250mg sust e7d + clen/t3
34-46 : 250mg test c/750mg tren/500mg mast
36-45 : 100mg anadrol + clen/t3
46-48 : 20mg superdrol + clen/t3
47-48 : 2.5mg letro - diuretics as needed
*humalog @ building up to 15iu 4wk on/off and then repeat. Can't wait to see what this brings.
DIET:
This is a hard one. It will fluctuate so much as weight comes and goes. Let's say this is base:
Blast 1 : topping at 4.5k Cals
Blast 2 : topping at 5k Cals
Blast 3 : hopefully not to cut cut lower than 2k

I do not advise anyone to run the numbers I'm running. Whilst many have done much more, I, myself, consider this far from the intermediate user. @Wunderpus is a good friend of mine and I have known him for a long time now, he's one of the most solid guys I've met in this game. I've trusted him to help structure and guide me through this offseason and basically be my mentor. For anyone asking of my age, I am not at liberty to say. I advise waiting until you're at least the age of 25 or have been diagnosed with low T to ever begin the thoughts of AAS or PH or PED drugs.
