Third cycle. First "real" one

So I have some questions for the members here as I respect many of your opinions. I have ran sust. Test. Deca. And a very small amount of Winnie in the past. So I have some experience here. I have never combined more than two compounds at once though.
This I what I have on hand.
(BTW it's all from a company called fast muscle used them before and liked results, comments, opinions, welcome)
I have
10ML sust. 250mg
2x10ML prop 100mg
10ML Equipoise 300mg
60ML liquid oral Winnie 60mg
5ML liquid oral anadrol 50mg
(Anadrol was what a buddy had left and couldn't finish due to sides)

So what do u guys think?? What should my doseing look like? What compounds should I leave out? Or should these compounds all be ran in same cycle..??

I have a decent knowledge, but always open to constructive criticism from guys with more knowledge
 
I'd like to run a 10 week cycle keep dosing as minimal as possible.

I am 187lbs. 5'11" 27yrs. Old

Bench: 245
Squat: 325

I am looking to gain lean mass. And really cut as much as possible while gaining 15lbs. OR so.. haha
I see other guys posting this info with advice so figure it may help any advice.
 
Sorry 2x 10ml of eq and just the 1 vial of sust. I am trying to stay as moderate on dosing as possible. I have had decent results while still staying moderately low..

If I should pick up anything else I can no problem.

I have a very professional Job so I can't just blow the fuck up, haha
 
If I were you OP I'd get some test e or c and run it at 500mg a week for 12 weeks and if anything were added you could use the winny to jumpstart the cycle waiting for the test to kick in.
 
I'm no pro, so take it for what its worth. If that is you in your Avi then even more so.

Pick a goal ie. Gain muscle, or Lose fat. If trying to do both well nut up and run tren :D
Gain muscle? run the Test and EQ pack pack on the calories (within reason) Get Huge
Lose Fat? Run the Test, finish with the winny. Strip ur diet, get shredded

What have you ran before? Were the results "enough"? Are there variables that could have help out previous cycles that you could tighten up on (Diet, Training, and Rest to be very general)? If so, perhaps run the same cycle again and tighten it all up. IF NOT, consider running a cc to two higher. In the same way that you should be training in a set parameter but adjusting instinctively, Do for your cycles. The more self aware you are the better you can adjust anything and everything around you. Apply the same concepts.

On another hand, stick to the basics. Run Test, Grab a sidekick, pick a oral. And Just do it.
