Everything in this program can be modified. All you really need is a squat rack,some chains,bands, and a few bars...Oh and a box. Training partners would help(but in the rack you can just dump it),and a pair of briefs. With the briefs you can have loops put on so you can get them on alone,but getting them off by yourself(if they are tight)could be a challenge. So if your training alone and wearing briefs order a loose pair. Think of it like this the loose briefs will make you stronger. If you wear gear you should have sizes up and down anyway. If you need any help with details or finding someone to do work on your briefs , just ask and I'll hook you up.Thanks for sharing. It's beyond my equipment and capabilities right now, but an interesting read. I will be snagging some concepts from this soon.
Next cycle is going to be strength oriented I feel. I see these numbers up here and feel like a chump. Especially my squat. Been looking at a couple of different programs, still not totally decided yet.
